I enjoyed my stay here. The entire staff were very kind and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Berlin.

The hotel is good, the location is convenient, there are cafes and shops nearby. The room is spacious. The only negative was that the air conditioning did not work well, it was very cold.

The hotel is very old, the elevator, room decoration, public areas are very ordinary. The room is a bit small, and the room facing the road is a bit noisy. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of choices and good taste.

Unfortunately, the internet in the room was very poor, and even though we reported it and management said they would send "the guy" to fix the problem, nothing was done during our entire stay. This meant we had to leave the hotel to find a decent internet line, which is very poor service indeed for a business hotel in 2023
