Fasilitas fitnes tidak sebanding dengan hotel bintang 4 dan harga. Sarapan pagi selalu sama 3 hari berturut dan hal ini tidak menunjukan kelas dan harga hotel ini. Ditambah lagi di pemesanan semua biaya sudah dibayarkan tapi teenyata ada pajak turis yang ditagih saat cek out sebesar 29,36 euro. Sangat tidak layak untuk di rekomendasikan

Saya menginap di hotel ini setiap kali saya datang ke Berlin, lokasinya sangat nyaman, di sebelah Stasiun Kebun Binatang, dan sangat nyaman untuk naik kereta bawah tanah dan kereta kota. Tidak jauh dari situ ada kadewe yang nyaman untuk berbelanja.

Crowne Plaza ini jauh lebih buruk daripada di Tiongkok. Tidak ada parkir gratis Parkir di tempat parkir hotel mereka berharga 34 euro selama lebih dari tujuh jam, itu konyol. Saat check out, entah kenapa saya dikenakan pajak sebesar 7 euro lagi. Lokasi hotel cukup bagus. Harganya juga lumayan bagus, hampir sama dengan Crowne Plaza di China.

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card.

The hotel staff are friendly, and helpful to guests. The rooms are quiet and safe, and there is also a swimming pool and gym in the hotel. It is exceptionally perfect for a vacation. The location is excellent, with a 5-10 minute walk to the Metro. One important thing to note is that the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water for guests.

Brilliant stay. Friendly staff, beautiful interior and rooms. The facilities were well looked after, also had a massage which was brilliant. All in all would stay again, great Hotel

The lobby and corridor leading to the rooms smell like there is a dead rat somewhere. More shock when the room window open to a public patio. After much haggling with the reception, managed to change a room but it faced the noisy main road. No complimentary parking at this hotel and overnight parking cost EUR34. Last time I'll be staying this hotel brand

Das Personal ist zum großen Teil sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit im frühstücksraum eine Dame nur mit dem Handy und räumt einfach ab obwohl man noch isst. Im schwimmbereich die Dame hängt nur vor ihrem Handy bekommt gar nicht mit dass man quasi reingeht. Ich habe zum Anfang ein sehr schmutziges Zimmer mit Flecken und Haaren im Bett. Das Problem wurde schnell beseitigt. Eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption ich glaube Sarah war der Name ( die Frau mit dem besten und lautesten gelache was es in Berlin gibt:) die Dame hat sich mein Problem angenommen und hat mir sehr gut geholfen. Sonst würde ich sagen ich habe noch nie ein Hotel gesehen wo die Mitarbeiter so viel am Handy hängen wie in diesem.... Aber na ja das ist wahrscheinlich der Wandel der Zeit
