The room is very big. It is on the second floor. You can walk out of the room and there is a small garden. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard, great. The Berlin Gate is right outside the door, and the subway entrance is less than 50 meters away. The transportation is extremely convenient. The breakfast is great, there are many waiters, coffee, tea, and food that needs to be waited for can be ordered and asked to be delivered by the waiter. In short, the experience is very good. It was the most spacious and comfortable to stay among the European hotels I have experienced so far. It was a trustworthy Novotel, and although it was a bit disappointing that water was only provided on the first day, the overall room condition was good. I was satisfied with the location as it was easy to use because there was public transportation nearby and it was also good for walking.

Exactly as advertised. To the point on everything described. Location is fantastic with plenty of venues and F&B outlets. Super efficient. Hotel itself is exactly what you need for a quick trip to Berlin if you don't need a fancy room. Tram just across the street and a wide set of opportunities for food and drinks just meters away.
