Reinigung nur noch auf vortägliche gesonderte Anforderung, klappt dann auch nicht immer, sonst als ständige Spende umgewandelt. Klimaanlage lässt sich schwierig regulieren Frühstück teuer

The hotel was slow to check in but there were a number if people arriving at the same time and was not the most welcoming. Had better welcomes at other hotels. The hotel is directly opposite the train station with easy access to Berlin Centre and the airport. Also, the supermarket across the road is so handy for snacks etc as a hotel is quite expensive The room was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay, bathroom was spacious and had everything you needed. Staff I found them to be a little bit rude, and not very friendly, at one point was sat in the lobby trying to work and one member of staff had his tunes blaring out with not care for anyone in the lobby area.

Free parking, there are many restaurants next to it, and there is a supermarket, it is very convenient to travel!

The location of the hotel is far from Tagore Airport and near Schönefeld Airport. There are few places to eat around, 5 minutes walk to the subway station

I went to a hotel near LEC Studios and booked a roll cup. I am alone and the staff is very friendly. The toiletries are three kinds of shampoo and shower gel, no toothbrush and toothpaste, and no slippers in my room. A cleaner opened the door and I was surprised that I went to Harlow right away...so I saw the service level.. ^^ The hotel itself is not bad, but don't expect...! The bus to Schönefeld Airport is right in front of you.

A very very good hotel, whether it is the attitude of the waiter, the wide area, the neatness of the supplies, etc., is a very recommended hotel Although I live on the second floor, it has a lift which is very convenient In terms of transportation, the attractions are within walking distance so don't worry too much

Generally an okay experience. Was initially rather apprehensive about staying here given the bad reviews but the overall experience was not bad and a value for money. The room I stayed in was clean, however some toilets had a strong pee smell to it but this was still okay since I could walk slightly further to use cleaner toilets. I could also see cleaners very regularly every morning working to clean the place, so overall cleanliness is acceptable but very much dependent on your hostel mates. Location was pretty far away from the city centre, however, it was still v accessible to public transportation so that was good. I previously read some reviews about the noise at night at the hostel coming from outside. I found this to be true on some of the nights there as the hostel is right next to a campground where people parked their cars at. They would occasionally blast loud music at night but this didn't bother me too much as I'm a heavy sleeper. The most unnerving thing about the hostel was that overall it would feel unsafe for solo female travellers. I stayed in a private room so I had a rather enjoyable experience. However, I found there to be large groups of older men hanging around the corridors and smoking near the gates late at night. They would also occasionally walk out of the toilets and into the shared corridors in just their underwear so it was quite uncomfortable especially when I had to walk past them. Receptionists were all generally very helpful who even unlocked the laundry room slightly earlier for us to use in the morning. However, we had a bad experience with one receptionist who was rather curt,dismissive and unhelpful. Overall an acceptable stay for the price we paid. However, I would not recommend for long stays ( more than a week) and if u are a solo female traveller.
