We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is great! Walking distance to shopping street. The subway is only about 8 minute's walk away. The room looks a bit dated but generally its clean. We choose not to have our room clean daily. The breakfast spread is ok, but the staff are friendly. Overall, it's a very standard business hotel but nothing special in particularly.

1. The location of the hotel is OK. It is within 15 euros by taxi from Berlin Main Station. I have not tried other means of transportation. 2. It is not far from the Victory Column. It is about 1.2 kilometers away on foot and can be seen from a distance. 3. It is about 2 kilometers away from the core business district. The hotel itself is a bit out of the way. 4. The room is not big and is indeed a bit old, but it meets basic needs. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby. Try to buy it when you go out to play. 5. Overall, it is OK, and the price-performance ratio is still good.

The best hotel I've stayed in so many times in Berlin. During the exhibition, some shabby hotels cost more than 1,000 yuan. It's better to stay in Waldorf for more than 2,000 yuan. The service staff is also very good. The room and bed of the double bed room are big enough, and the mattress is neither soft nor hard.

The hotel is in a very good location. I booked 2 nights in total. On the first day, the hotel gave me a beautiful city view with floor-to-ceiling windows. On the second day, I changed rooms because I booked separately. I was given a room near the end of the corridor. Unfortunately, at 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning, someone took a key (not a room card but a key) and opened my door (without knocking). The second time, I lay on the bed without clothes. Fortunately, I covered myself with a quilt. The room was very small and the door was facing the bed. The outside could see clearly. I was scared and called the front desk immediately. When I checked out, the front desk apologized and said that room service should not open the door without knocking. I stayed in 2 different hotels in Germany for three days, and the doors were opened without knocking in the morning. I wonder if this is normal in German hotels? ? It's terrible and not suitable for solo travelers.

I stayed in Berlin for a total of 9 nights before and after attending IFA. The hotel has a good location and a cigar room is a plus. Others: 1. Be careful with the ** brother at the front desk, his attitude is very bad. 2. The hotel swimming pool is very small, and there are naked people in the steam room from time to time. I respect the freedom of the body, but I remind you to bypass it if you mind. 3. The hotel is not cleaned in time and is unhygienic. Several times when I returned to the room in the afternoon, it was not cleaned, and the dirty bathrobes on the floor were hung back for guests to continue using. 4. The information shows that it was renovated in 2023, but there is no trace of decoration. The facilities and style are old, the refrigerator in the room is broken, and the lights are also damaged. Overall, it can be used as a place to rest assured for a few days on a business trip. If you want to get other value for money, it is recommended to change the place.

1. Less than 15mins walk to S-Bahn trains, including airport routes, to and from airport is around an hour. The most economical way to travel. Yes, there’s a lift access for luggage, pram, wheelchair and etc use. 2. Location was ok in general, loving the residential surroundings, pretty peaceful and quiet. 3. Room overall, satisfactory cleanliness. Smart tv, outdated radio(cd,cassette)which I don’t mind having jazz music played whole day. Bed was confortable, pillow was just so-so. 4. A lot of strategic power sockets but not user friendly, all were local rounded in plug, usual international traveler plug would not fit in. Reception would loan without fuss. 5. Good security, lift access through room key, CCTV was placed, after hours main lobby door have to be access by room key, 6. Reception staff in general serious looking, some are friendly with a smile and greetings. Housekeeping gentleman was friendly. 7. Shower pressure and temperature was great, have to point inner slightly, if not water would be sprayed out from the shower cubicle. 8. Lastly, Aircon was not working and reception claimed perhaps it’s spoilt and could loan a fan without charges. Did not request for one, had my window left ajar at all times when in the room as weather was still lovely ranging about 10-20 degrees Celsius. I bet summer time would not be that ideal for sure.

The hotel is a bit far from the train station, the furniture is somewhat old, the reception staff are very nice, but the cleaning staff are a bit careless. There was hair on the bathroom wall, and my breakfast trash from the second day of my stay was not taken out.

My colleague and I had pre-booked rooms with King-size beds, but we were given rooms with narrow Twin beds, which were uncomfortable. We were told that, unfortunately, there were no King rooms available, although judging by the light coming from the windows, half of the rooms appeared to be empty. The worst part was that the two of us were given rooms at the very end of the hallway on the ground floor, directly above the parking exit. It was unbearably loud starting at 5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, right above this parking exit, there was a flag with the hotel logo that was poorly secured, and it squeaked all night in the wind. From 5 a.m., deliveries began through the parking area, with carts rolling back and forth, creating an unbearable rumble and noise that echoed through the rooms. This is a very clean hotel with nice complimentary amenities like a restocked minibar, and overall it’s a good property. However, the way we were treated — being given the worst possible rooms — ruined the entire experience for us.

The Ritz-Carlton never disappoints me every time. The hotel is located at the entrance to Potsdamer Platz, with convenient transportation. There is an Oriental Chinese supermarket under the station, which is very convenient for shopping. It is a few minutes' walk to the Jewish Memorial and the Brandenburg Gate. The hotel facilities gym and fitness equipment are great. The hotel breakfast is very worthwhile, the quality and variety of fruits are excellent, and everything else is also very good. The room facilities are first-class, but the toilet and shower room are together. Be sure to wipe the floor dry after taking a shower, otherwise you may fall down.
