Very nice hotel with clean and relatively new facilities. I enjoyed sleeping there a lot. However I was very disappointed when I asked the receptionist for some informations, she directed me to the tourist centre. It’s usually a hotels staff job to give help me with basic information about the city. I wish they were more helpful!

The hotel environment is good. The hotel room faces the sea. The price is reasonable. One hotel and two meals. There are different restaurants every day. The food in the restaurant is of good quality. It is very close to Hell Valley. There are Starbucks and KFC opposite the hotel.

It's small but quiet and the hot spring water was good. When our team goes in, it's private and other people can't come in. They are really kind. They are very active in communication. The breakfast kaiseki is really delicious. It's really delicious and nice because it's quiet. The garden is also pretty.

The hotel is nice, clean and hygienic, suitable for young people. The price is affordable. There are free hot springs nearby for the three days of New Year. And there are too many people, the buffet restaurant is really messy, and the taste is average, the old meat stuck in my teeth made my teeth ache for a day. Super nice hotel with onsen! I have a short stay (unfortunately) at this hotel. It was a short walk from Beppu Station, and nearby attractions also restaurant! I am having so much fun strolling around the hotel! Beppu tower is located like 5 minutes walk, the Donki store and my favourite restaurant Gusto also SUPER NEAR from the hotel! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WILL AGAIN STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
