非常差的體驗，定了兩間房，帶着長者和孩子自駕，結果在這住的一宿，凈聽外面修路聲了，一宿沒睡，既然知道挨着火車站為什麼不把窗户做隔音，訂房間的時候也沒有提醒會有修路，會很吵，半夜問可不可以換房，説是沒有了，可以退房，我大半夜退房帶着孩子和長者去哪睡，非常差，以後大家都不要定這家了，本溪沒有好的體驗感！以後不會再來遊玩了！

我是差不多晚上才去辦的入住，前台接待人員多少有點哎。。。。。酒店環境啥都挺好，但是第二天早上還在睡夢中被裝修聲吵醒了，退房的時候前台接待小姐姐超級好，始終有着笑臉，也問了前台接待的小姐姐，小姐姐説可能是外面裝修，跟酒店沒關係。總體下來，酒店設施很好衞生可以，環境也行，服務嘛差點勁
