This motel is value for money & practical for accommodation. Booked 7 days with free parking. New clean bathroom & fresh wall painting. No big drama about checking in/out or anything. The stay was simple & enjoyable & close to Carousel Big Mall. 2 different guests parked in our designated lot for 2 consecutive days for our astonishment but no big deal. Just got concerned about being asked from any guest when I parked into another unit's lot because mine was taken. Also The queen bed had too smooth running wheels (like Coles trolley) that used to slide & glide over the new floor tiles each time you mount the bed for reading/sleeping. That was by far the biggest joke we experienced during our stay. Recommended!

It was a very good travel experience. It was very convenient to eat, live and travel on the Curtin University campus. There are restaurants of various flavors, and the Curtin University bus terminal is convenient for traveling everywhere

I would like to commend and thank 2 hotel personnel, Mr. Front Desk and a lady who found my sling wallet and return it to me at the front desk counter. I reached the hotel around 7:30pm and was asked to put a credit card deposit of AUD100. I couldn't find my credit card and after 10-15 mins of searching I confirmed I have lost my credit card. I ask to pay my deposit by cash and was told cash deposit is AUD250. I am puzzled by the difference in the amount required but agreed to pay the cash amount and asked for a receipt. He told me there is no receipt and that the money will be return the next day when I check-out. I was doubtful but have no choice but to take his word for it. And thankfully YES the money was returned to me the next day and I would like to apologise to Mr. Front Desk for doubting him. Sorry and thank you for your patience!! As for the hotel, the location is quite good ... it is about 30 mins drive from the airport. Guest also park for free here. The one bedroom apartment is big, clean and spacious. The down side is the lighting is too dim and the air-con was so noisy. Nonetheless, I only stayed for a night so that really didn't bother me too much.

We were given a wheelchair accessible room when the staff saw our handicap mom and were all way out to help us arrange close by rooms for our convenience. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay a pleasant one

I was supposed to stay at another hotel but suddenly the hotel cancelled my booking on D-day so i searched up and i found aloft so i booked it right away. The hotel amazed me with big rooms, friendly staff, modern and clean hotel. The amenities are also has a v nice scent. I love everything about this hotel and surely will come back soon ＜3

I always booked here for husband cause close to the airport then easy to take bus back to airpor... Though sometimes the services not helpful but so far ok lol

Recently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed. Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the ******, and walking along the river was quite pleasant. Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day. Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues. Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout. Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these. Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the ****** was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

We choosed this hotel because of the shuttle bus, but in the end we couldnt use because our plane landed almost at mid night, and they dont provide this service after 12. And then in the morning when we planned to go back to the airport they told us that we can not use their service because they dont have a seat for our kid 🫤
