Séjour dans un studio pour 2 jours.
Cadre et emplacement decevant.
Studio vu mer seulement si vous vous penchez au balcon. Wifi payant , parking payant. Il y a bien mieux au même prix a benodet

Sur vos publication ont vois des photos avec vu sur mer au final vu sur un parking top et rien de la mer
Avec 2 enfants et la poussette le 1 er étage avec ascenseur top
Ou sa se complique accès au 2 éme étage sans ascenseur par escalier colimaçon en métal
Est le top du top avec couloir interminable avec poussette valise etc
Franchement un véritable piège
Communication pas terrible pour faire changement de chambre
Heure de permanence restreinte
Sa évite les discutions
Mais la suite du séjour ailleurs

Bien placé mais mérite un coup de neuf
Les logements sont vieillissants et pas très propres (façades des meubles, vaisselle, intérieur des placards et communs). Balcon sale donnant sur le parking. Parking payant 10€/nuit. Accueil et départ sommaires. Literie confortable.

Bonjour.J'ai réservé à PV Bénodet du 13 au 24 juin 2024 un appartement 4 pers vue mer mais je suis très surprise de trouver 5 couchages et ce dernier a été ajouté dans la chambre duplex du coup le lit double est collé au mur il est difficile de se coucher.Il faudrait mettre les bonnes photos de la chambre sur le site. Il faudrait aussi signaler que l'ascenseur s'arrête au 1er étage et que les appartements duplex sont au 2ieme.Etant Cliente je suis très déçue de cette location et n'y reviendrai pas. Nous avons été séduits par la vue sur la mer et le calme en cette période . Le service maintenance a été efficace pour le changement d'une ampoule grillée au-dessus du lavabo . Nous recommandons cette résidence située juste au bord de la plage .

Arrived to no reception picked up letter and went to room to find roof window left open in storm and bed soaked. No one there so had to sleep on sofa in damp sheets. Next day asked for refund and told pierre do not refund and its tough. How can a company treat customers so badly? On to of the wet bed the room and corridors smell of stale dish the room is 20 yrs past needing a refurb. Worst place I gave stayed in with worst company go at your own risk
