We had the pleasure of staying at the Sincere Resort in Cancun, Mexico for Passover 2024, and while the resort itself was beautiful, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible service we received from Angel and his amazing team. From the moment we arrived, Angel went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was flawless. Whether it was organizing tennis sessions for my kids, helping with seating arrangements, or managing last-minute room and food requests, Angel handled it all with grace, speed, and a genuine desire to make us feel cared for. He truly was the heartbeat of our vacation — attentive, proactive, and always two steps ahead. There’s no way we could have enjoyed the trip on the same level without him. His commitment to excellence made the entire experience feel like a five-star, concierge-level dream. Angel didn’t just meet our expectations — he completely exceeded them. Thank you, Angel, for your kindness, professionalism, and for treating our family like your own. You are a gem, and we are so grateful!

We just returned from a long weekend at Sensira Resort & Spa. As a previous professional shopper/ reviewer with lots of experience reviewing resorts and other businesses, I wanted to share our thorough in depth review. Continue to read for our review as Americans visiting Sensira. Pros: - Food is generally good. We found the buffet the best, whether for breakfast or lunch in which there were always lots of options and several custom stations such as omelets, enchiladas, grilled seafood and more. - The Mexican restaurant was good although a somewhat limited menu compared to what we expected from a Mexican resort. The only traditional Mexican fare on the menu were tacos as an appetizer and an enchilada as a main course. Everything else was different type of gourmet creations seemingly catered more towards standard non-cultural foods. No reservations required for the Mexican restaurant. - The Italian restaurant was enjoyable with a self serve appetizer bar containing items such as bruschetta, a few different pastas and a seafood dish. Although the Italian restaurant did have traditional options it appears the chef may not be as well tuned into the cuisine as the chicken parmigiana had hardly no sauce on the pasta and the chicken was simply breaded with some Parmesan cheese on top. Same with the shrimp parmigiana, simple breaded shrimp with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top, on a bed of couscous. Unfortunately lacking flavor. The highlight of our Italian dinner was the tiramisu dessert. While we found many of the desserts to be pre-made tasteless options, the tiramisu appeared to be handmade and served in a large wine glass. - We greatly looked forward to the steakhouse after the reviews and the requirement of the only restaurant that required reservations. The steakhouse also had the largest menu out of all of the restaurants. Unfortunately we found most of the options to be quick turnaround pre-made creations. The filet was the best of them all however the cowboy ribeye, with being the heaviest steak on the menu was so paper thin that it was unfortunately a disappointment. If you prefer your steak any rarer than a medium or medium-well, it’s going to be very hard to get such a thin piece of meat cooked correctly. The side item of the garlic mashed potatoes were good but the french fry “tower” was all but and nothing but a handful of cold fries in a mini cast iron type of serving plate with a sprinkle of cold Parmesan cheese on top. Both desserts we tried of the mocha cake and lime pie were also pretty-made ‘out of the box’ type of options. We felt as if the steakhouse was one of the quick turnover spots in which they attempt to get guests in and out as quickly as possible as opposed to offering good service. - The French restaurant is located in a different area than the others and has a very unique menu. We didn’t have time to try this one but if you’re open to gourmet type meals and not just standard ‘steak and potatoes’ type of f

The entire place is very neglected, and the buffet staff is rude. It's not worthe 3-diamond rating; I think it's only 5-star hotel. The service value is very low. But there is some excelent personal like Julio at Rodeo Grill, that makes very pleasant the dinner. I preffer not get back to Sensira again
