The hotel is well placed for the Benidorm palace and the beach. The hotel has good facilities . There is a good choice for breakfast. There was entertainment in the evening. Although it is only about 100m form the road it is very quiet.

Very pleasant man on the reception when we checked in. Hotel had parking and was clean and perfect for our 1 night stay. I had the unfortunate mishap of being robbed on my way back to the hotel and the night staff were very helpful. They called the police for me and helped find telephone numbers to cancel my bank cards. Will definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Benidorm.

Brilliant staff,excellent food, lovely room, splendid bathroom.Everywhere in the hotel so clean and well maintained. Bar well stocked, measures generous, wonderful holiday! Cannot recommend this hotel more. Not our original choice but so glad we came

Stayed 25/02 till 05/03. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Good choice in restaurant for breakfast and evening meal don’t know what others are on about when saying it was bland? Good prices in bar for a hotel. The only bad point was the transfer drop off and pick up point which was around the corner and down the road, not good for people with walking difficulties

Entertainment advertised in the main bar but what it says on the TV screen is NOT what you get. For our first 3 days the acts and times were changed - Tuesdays "Live Concert" turned into a 20 question quiz and a True/False Quiz - act came on at 10.15pm and left the stage around 10.50pm.... Rep & Hotel say they do NOT have to stick with what is advertised as its "free" and subject to change - waste of our holiday time with unreliable entertainment. Otherwise hotel is fine, breakfasts really good but don't rely on what entertainment you are promised as we were all disappointed.
