Todo bien, excepto las chicas de la limpieza, a las 11 ya estaban llamando al timbre de la habitación, teniamos hasta las 12 para dejar el hotel . Por lo demás bien para ser 3 estrellas

Just left this hotel excellent stay definitely recommended. Nice chilled holiday hetel room was clean and tidy. Excellent air-conditioning kept the room call room expected for a 3 star hotel maids in every day. Food good all Spanish food and pool excellent definitely say there again. Just outside of the old town easy to walk into town and beach and regular bus service outside to get every where. Definitely recommend

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite and helpful .It is a little dated in places but it didn't affect my comfortable stay .The food was ok and typical of mass produced hotel food .The biggest issue is it's location up some steep steps and if you have mobility issues this isn't the place for you .The steps are also a little unpleasant and are not particularly welcoming when approaching the hotel .

This place is fantastic nice and peaceful the transfer dose drop you off at the shops but all you have to do is go next to it and walk up some steps to get to the hotel the staff are fantastic and pleasant will use again and I am only 35 years old 5 stars

This hotel is not for someone who has any difficulty walking! When we booked we told the travel agent we didn’t want anywhere hilly as we are both in our 70’s and both had surgery in the last 18months when we got dropped off by the transfer bus we had to walk up a total of 74 steps pulling our cases to reach the hotel. The area around it was rather hilly also. Unless you are used to this type of terrain or very fit this is not the hotel to stay at

Shocking DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL I WARN YOU. Air-conditioning not working no fridge got to climb up steep steps and a hill to it. The lifts in the hotel are old ane dated and shody. Room looked like something from the 70s. Please do not waste your money. Staff very unhelpful

This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it is excellent the rooms are good and the views are incredible for the higher floors. The pool area is good with plenty of sunbeds and we love sitting outside on an evening where the bar serves outside as well as inside. The rooms are excellent and well equipped the one thing we did find funny was the fat shaming lifts they hold three people of small size and when this fat gets in with two small people the red sign comes in to play saying the lift can't carry such weight we found this incredibly funny . We do live part of the year locally in Spain and we often come through to benidorm and this is one of our favourite hotels and will in fact be top of our list should we come through later this year. The bar staff looked after us very well and we were very appreciative of their service.
