Had a great few days here for las fiestas patronales , stayed in room 107 perfect on the corner of the hotel , loved the pool Area and terrace , room was spacious and immaculately clean. Checking in was a breeze with really friendly receptionist who explained everything the hotel had we could use , we stayed bed and breakfast but only ate there a couple of times , dining room was clean and food was good . Staff at pool bar were friendly , only went in the bar once as we were watching the wonderful parades for the fiesta . Overall a great experience staff helped in any way possible with any questions we had . Hotel is very well situated for the old town and quieter end of the beach , little supermarket almost next door for drinks etc and fridge in the Room which was useful . We will definitely be returning

Just got back from vorama hotel benidom... we booked a Superior room with beach view. When we opened the curtains and went outside on the Balcony.we were facing a Building site. They are Renovating hotel Directly opposite our Balcony. Portable toilet. Was all view and workmen working 8 till 6. We went to Complain at reception Management said you have got what you paid for Superior room with sea view. Complained to love island when we got back.and they said they would look into it. Got back and said they are sorry but can't do anything about it. So if you want to book a holiday don't book loveholidays . Customer care is none Existent.and don't book hotel vorama. Food is poor quality and Luke warm at best.

Lovely Hotel ,Juan at reception very helpful and polite. Room had good air conditioning, cleaners came every. Prices at the bar and roof bar were good,food at dinning room was also good,The hotel is well situated in the old town,not far from tapas alley and tapas square.

Very nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dining area, huge, lots of different foods to suit everyone. Rooms very clean, spacious and comfy. Also has a bar and mini cafe. Close to the front, supermarkets and restaurants. Definitely recommend this hotel. 👍👍

Fantastic stay at the Voramar Hotel. Majority of guests were Spanish but we were made to feel super welcome. Room was lovely with everything we needed. Restaurant was great. Good variety of food available which changed daily. Was great to see the manager getting involved and helping the team clear & set tables. Special shout out to Guillermo & Khalid! We stayed in room 204 and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if returning to Benidorm! Thank you everyone at the Voramar Hotel 😃

The hotel was very busy during our stay and breakfast was chaotic daily as nobody took control of the restaurant so was a free for all and pushed and shoved by other guests. The room was sufficient, however cleanliness standards were below what I’d expect for a 4 star hotel - cups not cleaned, no glasses replaced in bathroom once used, towels not changed when left on floor and the beds were awful - plastic coated mattress and pillows so woke up in pools of sweat most nights. Sadly the pool area was closed in full (says seasonal on holiday website) loungers and no area to relax in the sun was available. Overall, well appointed room and location but we’ve had better service at other local hotels so wouldn’t choose here again.

Arrived on 28th until 4th Jan. Hotel lovely & clean, staff Fantastic. Breakfast choices Brilliant. Gym(if that) waste of space. Location fairly central to old & new town. Issues with door cards quite a few times which was frustrating.. Noisy side streets in early hours of the morning. Could do with double glazing.. Beds very comfortable

Great location, really helpful reception team (especially when I realised I had left my passport in the airport) and the rooms were cleaned daily by an excellent cleaning team. This is the second time I have stayed here and would return in the future.

This was our 3rd time staying here with 14 friends, we love the hotel, staff friendly and rooms are great, very clean. Bar area is great We only ever stay in January so it is mainly Spanish guests which we like. Breakfast this time was a bit hit and miss, one day it was great and the next day very limited hot items, this is unusual for the hotel as we normally have a good breakfast every time we have stayed.
