I had a pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-maintained, and I stayed in two different room types, both of which offered good views. The only issue I encountered was with one of the two sets of room keys, which initially didn't work. However, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, even accompanying me to the room to ensure the key was working properly after the fix. Their responsiveness and attention to detail left a great impression. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

Arriving at midnight, felt relieved that the hotel only a short trip to start resting after a long whole day journey. The breakfast prepared as early as 6 a.m. suits our appetite and start early to our next destination. Hotel staff are nice and helpful.

The airport shuttle service was disappointing. The hotel staff failed to provide the pick-up location and did not inform me of the shuttle schedule at the time of booking. Although I had provided my flight details and arrival time when reserving the service, I had to send several messages after arriving at the airport before receiving a reply with the pick-up location and shuttle schedule. This left me waiting at the airport for 40 minutes. While the hotel eventually arranged for a private car to pick me up immediately, such a mistake is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The gym equipment is somewhat basic. Given that this hotel is located near the airport, most guests likely choose to stay here because they have a flight the next day. As such, guests are unlikely to leave the hotel once checked in, making the quality of the hotel's facilities even more important. This is an area I recommend improving.

By my fortune, I travel with my friend who booked via Marriot Bon Voy. She got a call directly from the hotel for a pick up. So we went to the hotel by this service. I hope that Trip.Com should consider addling this service to your clients, free of charge. Other wise, we would have to wait a free shutter bus for every one hour. The hotel facilities, amenities, food, and service are excellent.

Im pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.

First of all, the hotel is located very close to the city center, with convenient transportation and convenient transportation, food, clothing, housing and transportation. It's unfortunate that there is no shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport after 3 PM. The hotel can arrange transportation, but we must pay IDR 55,000 for pick-up outside of shuttle hours. However, according to the hotel information, it should only be IDR 35,000.

The staff are friendly and understanding, starting from checking in, and checking out. Amazing welcome experience. I am not sure what's the name of receptionist that serve me on the 28/12? Please check your system to convey my thanks to this lady who is so professional, knowing what she's doing, always smiling, 😊 The checking in is so smoothly.From security to restaurant all staff are properly trained 👍I will definitely recommend to all my staff, Relatives, friends.
