La experiencia en este hotel ha sido buena ,la contratación con tric he de decir que por parte de la compañía ,hubo un error informático ,y contratamos para 3 personas ,con el todo incluido y una vez hecha la reserva y el pago ,nos enviaron la reserva y aparecía solo 2 personas ,habiendo pagado el mismo importe que por 3 personas ,estoy a la espera que me devuelvan el importe que yo tuve que pagar ,por mi hija en el hotel para que tuviera acceso al todo incluido ,me han dicho que me lo van a solucionar y a la espera estoy .

Never experienced that. Pay for a chip in a wristband to open the room door. 25 euros per person. Which, moreover, almost never really works well. No parking or you have to look 1 km further or if you pay extra of course. Pay safe in the room of course. Waiting in line for 20 minutes to eat. Food not really tasty. This hotel group is not recommended at all

I can say that I have a generally good impression of the days I stayed. You may feel uncomfortable only with children and their voices. If you want to have a holiday alone with your partner or spouse, the village may be a bit noisy. I was very impressed by the smiling faces and helpful and kind behavior of the employees during my holiday. I was especially impressed by the hospitality and hard work of ''Carlos Bustas''. I would like to thank him for taking care of us and being very hardworking. The only thing I can say about the security staff is that they should be more polite and smile a little, the effect they give in their gazes and the way they talk is quite aggressive, other than that the employees were generally good and kind. Food is okay not bad. There is only bad I can say for burger beef I can't belive how they can serve this thing ''it's a thing , cant be food''. Specially if you from UK you will feel home like mornings beans and fridays fish&chips and many more... Overall I can say that was good experience and on future I can try RIWO or Polynesia..

Fantastic experiance. Kids and Family friendly resort. We stayed at Holliday village. Rooms are very specious and they are cleaning them every day. I heard about WiFi issues, but looks like that issue is resolved. No problems at all. All personnel is English speaking and very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend to people without kids, but if you have kids they will have blast on the beach club. I will recommend choose all inclusive option since they are no nearby restaurants. Food is decent with lots of options. Beach club and snack bar are open almost whole day. Highly recomand.

Stayed at the Wiru arrived before 2, rooms where ready, quick check in yes did have to pay 25 euros for adult wrist bands as they are your door keys too we knew this before we came. Room was of a good size and balcony too. Bed was comfy. A little tired in places but we didnt spend much time in it. The pool was ideal for children sloped in like a beach then got deeper. Pool bar was good nice staff yes sometimes a queue gave you chance to chat to other guests. Thank you to the restaurant desk staff who sorted out my gluten free meals they where so lovely and gave us big hugs most days. Food was good I did use the microwave a couple of times at breakfast not a problem for me. Thanks Carmen, Alba and Mario and all the animation team we had a great time with you, you are the best. The entertainment after the kids dancing was good we enjoyed it not on every night but you can go to the other hotels if you let them know. The water park was ok the pirate ship was not in use while we where there very busy with school children too. The resturant in the water park was good. We have a lovely family holiday thanks again

Very strange hotel, never experienced an all inclusive like it. €25 per person deposit for the wrist bands! So we had to pay €100 euro upfront on our holiday. It advertises a water and splash park it’s literally two slides which you have to pay 10€ deposit for the rubber rings plus 10€ to use it. You have to wait and get the shuttle bus to and from the splash park which gets busy so you don’t also get on and have to wait for the next one. The deposit you do get back! A few things aren’t included including the games room. Restaurants were really busy and queuing for ages to get food. No information anywhere on how or where to find things. We were a family of 4 with teenage children. We were expecting a room to accommodate that, one bedroom and kids had pull out sofa bed with no blackout curtains. Air con worked when it wanted to. Noise room as right next to entertainment which finished at 11pm. Bathroom smelt of sewage. Staff were friendly, entertainment staff did their best! I would not return there a much better all inclusive holidays out there.

Went for a family holiday with 2 kids, there was 6 of us altogether. The food was horrific red chicken that we sent back, and made us unwell, especially my daughter she had tummy ache the whole week. Not much options. For food and it’s always the same things everyday Indoor pool cost 24 euros for 2 people which it should be free considering it’s all inclusive also indoor bowling 12 euros rained the whole week so it would have helped if things didn’t cost, toilet in the apartments was leaking. Also in the reception area there was towels all over the place because it was leaking from so many places, cracks in the flooring . We had to check out at 12 and was told we had to give our bands back and didn’t have access to any of the food drinks we didn’t have to leave until 6 so if we didn’t go into town we wouldn’t have eaten. It’s wrong you should be all inclusive until you leave, bands cost £75 euros but you do get that back at the end of the holiday. Staff are lovely there, but things shouldn’t cost if it’s all inclusive. We was mainly in fungorola because things cost in the hotel world resort and wasn’t fun for the kids as it’s meant to be all inclusive.
