Precioso hotel, buenísimas instalaciones,personal muy amable, enfocado al turista extranjero que son la gran mayoría.Desayuno buffet bueno,la cena cortita y repetitiva.A mi hijo le ha encantado, así que volveremos.

Ha superado nuestras expectativas!! Hemos estado 8 días con Todo Incluido y han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas. Al hotel no le falta de nada. Excelente limpieza, excelentes instalaciones, y personal muy amable. La comida también bastante bien. Lo único que creemos que puede mejorar es la oferta de actividades de animación al público español. Se vuelcan mucho con los extranjeros y la animación española queda en un segundo plano. Si mejorase esto ya sería increíble.
En cuanto al servicio de atención al cliente de Trip, darles un 10, ya que cuando llegamos el hotel nos dijeron que nuestra hija no salía en la reserva (a pesar de que la reserva estaba bien hecha) y nos hicieron pagar casi 700€ adicionales por la niña y desde el momento uno Trip ha respondido muy bien, resolviendo el problema de forma rápida y con una atención inmejorable. En menos de una semana Trip ha corrido con la totalidad de los gastos por este inconveniente y me han devuelto el 100% del importe que el hotel me hizo pagar para poder hacer el check in de mi hija.

Hands down the best holiday we've ever had! the staff were all friendly and helpful ,the food was really good and the view from our room out to sea was amazing, comfy beds and large apartment with a big balcony looking out to sea ,plenty of entertainment for the kids and plenty of chance to relax also, my daughter didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back I can't recommend holiday world village enough.

My personal review. We are a family of 3. I would give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5. Rooms- Are huge, clean and amazing. Bathroom has a bath and separate shower. You have a dining table, kitchen and separate bedroom plus a decent balcony. Really happy! Pools- are surprisingly warm, saltwater, and my son loved the splash park at the beach club. All clean and attentive lifeguards. Staff- are fantastic, they will do whatever they can to help you. Hotel is run smoothly and the kids entertainment is great. The adults is good too. The let down for us and why we will not be back.... The food- it's like school dinners and variety isn't great as it doubles on two stations. Salad was good. My main thing is the food on holiday, I don't have to cook. I'm normally quite piggy and will get two plates. But l've definitely lost weight on this holiday, which I guess is a positive. If we had known we would have done room only. Because the hotel is really good. Oh and the beach is across the road and it's beautiful. Obviously everyone expectations are different. We always do all inclusive so knew to not expect a gourmet standard but we were disappointed all week.

We have just returned from a family holiday for 10 nights. We were supposed to be going to almeria but TUI changed our holiday, we were actually gutted. We have had the best holiday with our 5 year old and 1 year old, there was so much for them to do. The hotel was nice and clean, the entertained was perfect for them and the staff were lovely. My son has already asked if we can return. The food is good, there is choice every night for everyone, our kids will try new things but love beige foods like pizza, nuggets, pasta etc and there was always enough choice for them. We have stayed at a holiday village before and really didn’t enjoy it, so we were surprised at how much of a lovely time we had. The only thing we wish is that there would be drinks provided in the fridge in the room, this would make a big difference for us. This is a beautiful hotel with a great water park just a short walk across the bridge. Shout out to the entertainment staff, especially Bia (I think her name was, she has a brother called Arthur) my son and daughter thought she was brilliant. Thank you for a beautiful holiday. We will be back.

I was worried to go after reading the reviews and I wish we had taken more notice! DO NOT LEAVE MONEY IN ROOM! The maid stole €200 euros on our third day and the reception staff did nothing! It was really upsetting for us as a family as we saved for this holiday and that money could have been spent on our children! On the third day I also started to notice me and my children began having a rash all over our bodies. This was then accompanied by tummy ache and green poo! I don't know what this is but we will be going to the doctors as soon as were home! Food was a bit boring however the themed nights were good. Also be careful of the chicken as it was always pink… everyday! The entertainment was very babyish and boring and the same every night. My 3 year old was bored and my son aged 6 thought it was ridiculous. However daytime entertainment was amazing and constant. Best I've ever had! The room was great, very spacious however on arrival the bath soap was spilled in the bath and the floors were dirty with random objects from previous guests (top and kids toys) indicating that there wasn't a very good clean of the room prior to our arival. Kids clubs were good, the kids enjoyed them! Also the football academy left my son feeling amazing and excited to go back each day! Very worth the extra cost! Overall it was okay, I wouldnt go back however I can see why people would as for the kids its pretty good! The stolen money really is what ruined my holiday! It would have been nice for them to at least acknowledge how serious this was and how much of a impact it had on our family holiday

We stayed here as a family of 4 - two children aged 10 and 7 and had the best time. We were a little worried after reading some bad reviews, however people do tend to be more likely to leave a review if they've has a bad experience. The hotel was spotless at all times, from the rooms, restaurant, pools, reception etc. Yes the rooms are dated but who cares? They were clean and did the job! The main pool is great its only about 1.2m deep so great for kids there is more pools across the road in the beach club which are deeper and also has bars and snack bar all included. We really enjoyed food - themed nights and there are also two restaurants you can dine at (american and italian). If you want nice soft sand to sunbathe you need to go a little further afield but it's easy enough to get the bus, the beach right by the hotel is great for kids to looks for pretty shells and there is so much seaglass which my children love to collect! We were gutted to be coming home after having an amazing week.

We stayed at the holiday village hotel. There was so much to do throughout the day and evening. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The food choices are we couldn't fault at all. There was something for everyone and a different theme each evening from English, mexican, Japanese etc. They choice of drinks of plentiful and they weren't shy on the measurements. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The facilities accommodated for everyones needs. My children enjoyed activities from Areial adventure, spa experience, bingo, discos, sunbed challenges, live music and other games. We had a look around and a drink in the sisters hotels too which provided different experiences and entertainment in the evening too. The only criticisms I have is that its location is a bit out of the way so you will need an uber/taxi/bus to get to shopping centres or other local amenities. The local beaches aren't the best but it never fazed us as everything was available at the hotel. We would return.
