Not long returned from this amazing hotel. Visited with my sister and niece. 2 of us had just celebrated our birthdays so was looking forward to a nice holiday together. On first impression was amazed. All was very excited everything was looking great. Had a sidesea room which had great views. Maybe felt a little small for 3 adults but we muddled by and got on great. First meal there was lunch and omg what a great choice of food. We were going to book the Al carte but after seeing the choice on the menu after eating in the buffet restaurant we decided to give it a miss as there was always so much choice and all our meals were lovely . Drinks always good. Only queued for 5 minutes at most. You could have 2 drinks at a time so did that so as not to que to often. We were a little disappointed with the cocktails as they were pre-made. But on reflection the staff were so busy every night they wouldn't have time to make fresh ones. Pina colado seemed OK sometimes very strong. entertainment guys were very friendly and welcoming. They put on great shows and worked very hard all day. Its a shame not many joined in with some of the daily activities. But it's not everyone's ideal holiday thing. Sunbeds were comfy. Views were amazing. Pools seem to cold for me but had a few dips when I was too hot from the lovely weather. All in all we had the most fab week the staff were all great in every area and its one place we will definitely returned to which is usual for us. I came here with a couple of friends for 4 nights. I was on the 7th floor with amazing views over the sea. The rooms are a really good size, with big balconies and cleaning was fantastic. Everywhere in the hotel is kept spotless, from the gardens to the dining room, staff work hard to do so. A couple of highlights for me was the adults pool, it was quieter and relaxing with plenty of sun beds and also the food was tasty, fresh, great quality and a huge selection for each meal. Staff were constantly ensuring there was plenty available. There are numerous drink stations around the hotel so you can help yourself to water, tea, hot chocolate etc, beer, wine, juice and so on and a good choice of drinks at the bars. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel and would love to return in the future.

Me and my partner visited this hotel at the end of October and I was so happy with our value for money! This was a slightly last-minute trip and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our trip. I have never visited Benalmadena before, but I was thoroughly impressed by the location of the hotel, and the surrounding areas. The hotel has 2 beaches located within extremely close range of the resort (literally a 20 second walk out of the back of the hotel for the first beach and roughly a 3/4 minute walk to the other). The hotel was not far from shops, bars, restaurants etc, and we always had something to do! As we wanted to experience Benalmadena a bit more as it was our first visit, we walked everywhere. It is a great way to visit attractions (the marina, Parque de la Paloma etc). Parque de la Paloma was roughly a 15 minute walk from the hotel, with the marina being about a 45/50 minute walk. You can catch a bus to different places, with the stop not being too far from the hotel (about a 5 minute walk). The food and drink was great value for money, we feel as though for a 5 night stay we definitely took advantage of the all inclusive package. Good range of drinks at the bar. Your wristband does get checked when ordering alcohol, I’m assuming to prevent other boards (full board, half board etc) from going up to the bar and ordering drinks without paying, and to possibly prevent alcohol being given to people wearing a different wristband. The bar staff were friendly, as were the restaurant staff. Even though it was the end of the season, they were all friendly and happy to help! I’d say a little goes a long way with the language, even just communicating some Spanish is greatly appreciated and being able to order food can also come in handy if you want to practice your Spanish. The facilities were great, rooms lovely and clean and the cleaning staff were lovely and super attentive we found. We were very lucky with our view from our balcony. I asked for a lower room balcony room as I am not the best with heights, and found we still had a great view of the resort, the sea, and the sunset and sunrise. A tip for anyone thinking of booking, it is a bit iffy with the weather at the end of October/early November as that’s when the season comes to an end. Booking in the summer months would be best for the hot weather! The hotel also had great facilities for families as there was lots of children orientated facilities (kids club, kids pool, entertainment etc). Overall a brilliant hotel and i’d recommend to anyone thinking of booking!

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and we had a junior suite which was huge and the maids did such a good job , cleaned every day with fresh towels. The views are stunning from every angle . Food was brilliant and we always found something to eat even with fussy children . Drinks were ok but had better all inclusive cocktails and beer was watered down . Would be nice if bottled water was included and you didn’t have to pay for it . Entertainment we found was poor and wasn’t very much for children to do , mostly was aimed at French guests as in previous reviews . The biggest issue at the hotel for us was how slippy it was around The pool area, so many children fell and banged their heads. We took slip on sea shoes which my children were made to wear the whole time around the pool as it was just to dangerous and the odd time they took them off they slipped over so I would say some sort of pool shoe was essential for the safety of children . Overall we had a brilliant holiday and would 100% recommend. I probably wouldn’t come back with children but a perfect place for couples . We found the area lovely as it was quite but only a short taxi to the marina which was great full of restaurants and things for the kids to do and cost around €7 in a taxi . There is a few local shops a few minutes walk away if you need essentials. We visited the Aqualand which was good but food and drink very expensive and the crocodile park also which again drinks were expensive and the cafe wasn’t open so it was Pringles and slushes from the gift shop which cost a fortune , you Could spend a hour max there so it really wasn’t worth it for us . We also visited Parque de la Paloma which was beautiful and worth a trip there , it has a lovely children’s park and cafe . Goats , chickens , turtles etc and was €5 in a taxi . Overall a lovely holiday and I would definitely return to the area but probably not the hotel purely because of the entertainment.

The hotel is massive, but so clean ,credit to the cleaning staff. read in a review waiting 10mins for drinks at the bar ,never experienced this , bar staff were very efficient, Had great choice of food in the restaurant,the staff work so hard , pool area second to none, The only down side of this hotel down , is the animation team ,the activities board may as well not have been up as the activities never happened, very disappointing,

My husband and I have just returned from Estival Torrequbrada after a weeks stay we had a superior room sea view on arrival the room was very clean and comfy loads of storage space, lovely comfy bed, fab shower. Kettle provided but would be wise to take own tea bags etc as hotel provide only a couple to start. The room was cleaned everyday, spotless and replace towels if required, there was always people cleaning around the hotel and always friendly. Views from balcony superb. Breakfast was plentiful so much to choose. The pool area was really nice and at the time sunbeds could be found although some people commanding there spot with a towel and then going off for hours.We will definitely be coming back to this hotel and recommending it.

We are still at this hotel and think it's great. Rooms are big and spotless. Food is ok, plenty of choice. The que at the bar on an evening can sometimes be long but they do go down quickly. Longest I stood was around 5 minutes. The only negative is the beds around the pool (adults only) are left with towels on for far too long. We have been sat for 3 hrs near 4 beds with towels on that nobody has been anywhere near and people are wandering around looking for beds. This needs to be addressed asap. There are signs up but it's not enforced. Shocking.

This is a very good family hotel and deserves praise for its overall cleanliness and very reasonable food which is more than adequate. However there are a couple of major issues one of which has been around for quite sometime now and that’s the smell of sewage that occasionally creeps into the hotel - it’s not pleasant. It’s been mentioned by quite a few people over the last few months and it appears that nothing has been done to eradicate it, which is appalling. The second major issue is that during the evening, from 6.30 onwards, there is only one bar open in the hotel for all the guests and the bar is frequently under staffed to a point where a long queue forms for people to get drinks. This is not good enough in an all inclusive hotel. The hotel is really missing a trick here because there is a perfectly adequate bar outside the back in the gardens with plenty of seating, but it shuts at 6.30 whilst it’s still warm and sunny in that area. Having said that the rest of the hotel is more than adequate the rooms are modern and clean. The towels are refreshed everyday as well as clean and comfortable beds. There is enough hanging space in each room with air conditioning and a safe, at no extra charge. The hotel is a bit on the remote side for those who like to explore but there are bars and restaurants within a 10 min. There are plenty of Sun beds and loungers about although there is a restriction on when they are available to restrict open reservations. We never had any trouble finding a couple to suit us at around 10.00 in the adults area. Would we go back, probably not due to the smell and lack of choice for a bar.
