No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en este hostal y la verdad que muy contentos porque el personal muy amable y las profesionales de limpieza, un 10.
Nos dieron una habitación bastante amplia.
La ubicación es excelente, tienes el tren de cercanías al lado y muchos establecimientos para comer también.

Not the first time we have stayed here. Been coming here over 14 years. Just had a make over and definitely brought the hostel up to date. This place is ideal for couples or the single traveller. Not recommended for families. Ideal location for all modes of transport. Just make sure about the prices before you book. Can be very expensive for the area.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to see the Christmas lights in Malaga. I’ve visited Arroyo many times but always stayed in a hotel on the coast. Chose here as it was near to the station and was central for shops and restaurants, so convenient for our short trip. I was so impressed - immaculately clean, comfortable beds, powerful shower and pleasant staff. We had a room with a balcony and loved being able to watch the comings and goings outside. We’ll be back!

Service was really bad, what made me too book a nother hotel. He sad that he had the feeling that i was treating him .. witch i don’t i feels a misunderstood. With his colleagues yesterday everything was fine. This person is on the wrong place! He didn’t listen and is on the wrong place when it became too be a hostess. Can i have mine money back?.. because i left the keys and left! That room was soo bed. Like a prisoner room.

Good points: - very clean room & they come in everyday to clean regardless of length stay - excellent location approximately 5 minutes from train station and walking distance to two large supermarkets and lots of restaurants - reasonably priced as they were happy to let me stay 4 more nights after my prepaid & prebooked 3 nights - free Wi-Fi and tv in room - helpful staff that speak English Bad points: - I happened to be situated in room 405 with was right next to the lift so every few minutes there was a loud sound that sounds like a generator of sorts. Even if I wasn’t in that room it was still a little loud and echoed all through the hotel. Overall it’s definitely a hotel not a hostel but somewhere in between would also be a reasonable conclusion. Room for a single is pretty small but the showers got a great waterfall head on it. They take your key when you leave so you don’t lose it.

Excellent location situated within 5 minutes walk from Arroyo’s train station. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and check in was very easy. Continental breakfast possibly a bit limited but there are plenty of places nearby to get a wider range of breakfasts. Hostel overall was very clean and tidy, bar well stocked but obviously priced as any hotel. Room was spacious, clean and quiet and we were fortunate to get a balcony overlooking Blas Infante, so great to sit and people watch with a coffee. Would definitely return.

There is no parking. Their website lies about this. The property doesn’t answer the phone when you call. We drove around for an hour looking for parking and had to walk across the city with our bags. The street that it’s on is a pedestrian street so you can’t even park outside temporarily to drop your bags off. The lack of parking is wildly inconvenient and it’s just upsetting to be lied to. The receptionist did not apologize when we arrived so upset after wasting so much time looking for parking. The room and bathroom are normal.

Great place to stay staff very friendly ,rooms spotless looking forward to booking for next year rooms in process of being renovated good breakfast great Coffee staff always on call for anything you need even at 4am this morning making coffee whilst waiting for taxi to Airport.

Very clean and perfectly located . Great friendly staff especially Joaquim in the evening . Nice mix of new and traditional . Well stocked bar . Nothing was too much trouble . Some street noise but to be expected in a town centre . Would book again .
