Tamanho do quarto excelente, atendimento ótimo, café da manhã poderia ser mais farto!

Comfortable and clean room, airconditioning, hot water pot and minibar. Nice restaurant (Dal Grano) downstairs. Near University and Pampulha lake complex--within 15 minute walk. About 20-25 minutes by Uber to downtown, so be aware that you will need to travel to get into the central city.

Recommended Hotel! Large, clean rooms; fast elevator; great breakfast selection; restautant serves tasty meals;fast check-in and check-out.

The bathroom was not clean, mold everywhere i looked. The toilet i had to wipe before use it.

Great customer service. Divino and Isabella were extremely helpful. I locked the safe by mistake by mistake and they tried hard to fix it, once they couldn't fix, they moved me to another room late at night. The next day I called the front desk to order some food that is typical from the area. Isabella told me that they didn't have it on their menu but she was going to check nearby areas. Five minutes later she told me that the chef decided to make that special dish just for me. Isabella and the Chef made me feel very special. Great service, great place. I will be back

O hotel é muito bom porém não está preparado para grandes eventos (SuperCopa do Brasil).

Café da manhã com produtos comuns e sem capricho. Nada saboroso! Nem o pão de queijo! Garagem muito difícil a entrada e tendo que passar todas as vezes na recepção para revalidar o ticket para sair

O hotel tem um restaurante muito bom, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar, fraco e os garçons nao sabem como fazer o atendimento. Tive que implorar para ser atendido e ainda sai sem a monja sobremesa.

É uma ótima opção na região da Pampulha, acredito que está no padrão rede QUALITY, o restaurante é uma alternativa cômoda para quem não quer sair do hotel. O armário para roupa falta gavetas e pouco prático para acessar as roupas e cofre, que no meu caso não funcionou.
