Serengeti Self Catering Units

We stayed in unit 36 which was not what we booked on the site. This unit is in need of an upgrade. The shower is in the bath which was not suitable for my husband after a recent knee replacement or sister after a recent hip replacement. Communication is non existent as I am still waiting for the responsible person to call me back after phoning her several times and leaving a voice message. The stove is rusted there is ants in the kitchen mildew in the bathroom a lounge suite that saw better days and a braai that was not cleaned in some time no bedside tables and the list goes on but I think this is enough said to get the picture of our experience.

Just want thank Charmaine for all the assistance. Prompt response to my mails. Place was very clean and neat. All the utensils were available for self-catering, most of the fast-food places is nearby. Will definitely make use of their service again when I travel to Cape Town in the future.

The first time I visited Serengeti Apartments was November 2014. I come here to work in peace and quiet and safety. Love it here. Clean, organised, friendly staff in uniforms. I try to visit every 2 or 3 months for 10 days and I extend every time! Without fail! 🤣 But by far the highlight of every trip is the lovely Charmaine that handles the bookings and everything else you might wat to tweak or request during your stay. We only ever met once but WHAT AN ABSOLUTE GEM. Always available, helpful, resourceful, acommodating and PATIENT, with the loveliest sense of humour. Any date I request my favourite unit for, she makes it happen. Thank you Charmaine for making Serengeti what it is. A safe haven and a happy place. A home away from home. YOU ARE MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE!!

I would like to say thank you to the host and his wife at Serengeti Unit Belville, you really made us feel welcome and we had a great vacation. The unit is situated in a quiet and safe environment, the shopping mall is near Ok as well as petrol garage just down the street. I can say I will book there again with my next visit to Cape Town. It was a wonderful experience. They managed to assist my group exceptionally well and accommodate some of the group members who were stranded quickly. thumbs up to Heidi, Natasha, Marie and Charmaine. I will always refer other organisations to you without hesitation.

Good value for money, trouble with television, was sorted within minutes even in very heavy rain. The lady in charge immediately contacted someone who came out late on a Friday afternoon and send his guy up the roof to fix . Towels that was torn was replaced immediately. The apartment was clean and smell fresh on our arrival. thank you
