The friendly, helpful and professional staff received me as a family member, making sure I had everything I needed and even served my supper in my room because I spent 6 hours on the road. The experience of waking up with the deliscious smells of breakfast and the friendly chatting of the 'housemates' who were already enjoying breakfast, created the warm feeling of waking up at home! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

We were booked into a room in the central of a building with now windows to the outside, but directly opening into a noisy lounge area. To top it all, the room was extremely small with no A/C despite the location. The shower/toilet is so small you have to step outside to turn around. On arrival, we saw clients carry in volumes of alcohol to their rooms... an only imagine how noisy that would have been later... Got a much much better place somewhere else... glad we booked out as fast as we could!!

It’s a good, clean and safe guest house with safe parking. The staff is friendly and there is a kitchen which you can use. The rooms are not noise-proof, but the weekend gathering outside the room dispersed around 10:00 pm.

Arrived early - didn't explain dinner order by 12:00. Told to checkin later. On check in, only 1 towel but booking was for 2. No coffee and they refused to make for breakfast. Dining room floor dirty. Patio not swept or washed in months.

All expecations fullfilled. Can reccomend. Very Friendly and Helful Host. Early Breakfast was arranged upon request. Beutiful View of the Ocean from the Brakfast / Living Room areas. Secured Parking was Good.
