After checking out today, I received a text message from the bank. The hotel deducted 5.5 dollars from my guaranteed credit card. After communicating with the hotel through Ctrip customer service, the hotel said that I used their bottled water, and their bottled water has a price tag. Not used.

The rooms are clean and updated. . However, the hot shower takes a long time to have warm water. and the carpark is a little too dark, should have more lights. Besides that, everything is good.

Don't expect any service in a hotel of this level in the United States. Breakfast is collected at a certain time, and you won't be allowed to take more than a minute. Plastic plates and cutlery. The size of the suite is OK, and a family of three plus a lot of luggage can move around.

Easy check in, customer friendly and nice. No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

The room is clean, well-equipped, and the staff has a good attitude, but the breakfast is too simple, but this will not affect the experience of staying

The room was a bit crowded, but the environment was very good, not crowded and quiet, and the surroundings were convenient, with Chinese restaurants and supermarkets not far away, a five-minute drive. The overall feeling was good, beyond expectations.
