During your stay, enjoy our bright, cozy living room, kitchenette, outdoor living spaces and Phat Tire Bike Shop and Trailside Coffee Co. right downstairs! ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ Please note that the parking lot in front of the Lofts is shared with a commercial space and parking is not guaranteed. ★ Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guests' name to be able to use any amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, etc. There is a $30 fee associated with this, and it must be taken care of PRIOR to your arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message our guest services team with this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home.
