Fantastic hotel very clean friendly staff Within distance to everything although we drove And food places and shops just across road

good location. not very clean. only clean room seldomly. their official cleaning schedule is every three days, but it’s not guaranteed that they would come. not very friendly staff. best staffs are the valets, they are really doing a good job. not very friendly casino as well, recommend to choose other casino hotels if you are a poker lover.

Awesome hotel one of my favorites perfect location awesome room space and very clean. I love that they have the vet that helps a lot that has to be one of my favorites of the vallet it’s really convenient and helpful the check in was very smooth 

Impressive experience during stay at te hotel

We had an amazing time in Parkwest Bicycle hotel! Staff was wonderful and friendly. Service was impeccable room was cleaned daily! We loved it here and enjoyed our stay very much. My son wants to go back we all do! :) free valet service to boot! Thabk you to the wonderful staff! Will go back definitely on our next visit to LA.

I stay here so much I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

It was an amazing experience, staff are very professional and friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised that valet was included in our stay. I saw that parking was included, but didn't realize it was valet service. It was a nice touch. All the staff were really friendly and attentive. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the room. When we first got to the room it didn't seem to have been wiped down very well. There were crumbs on the bathroom counter and dresser and there was evidence that the floor needed to be swept. We asked for someone to clean the room while we left for a bit. The staff was extremely apologetic and arranged for someone to clean the room. When we returned, it was evident someone had been in the room for cleaning, but it was still a little unsettling. Other than that, the stay was great.

Overall the hotel was great.  Only thing is the self parking is also the casino parking opposite to the actual hotel entrance.   Doesn’t make sense when there is a large parking lot right next to the hotel entrance that is valet only…

The location is good, a lot of restaurants nearby. They allowed us an early checkin which is nice. Free valet parking helped a long way. Mel and Raymond particularly are very helpful. Good job!

A lot of food options at the hotel and a very lively atmosphere, I loved it!

Great place for our money. Easy to get to everywhere by car.
