Hotel very well located in the city center. Our apartment (City Suite) overlooking the inner courtyard is quiet. The restaurant is also excellent for dinner with a very good service. The staff is smiling and very welcoming probably because of their very professional manager Alexander who advised us and was able to solve r small problems. On the other hand, we had an apartment with fully equipped kitchen for 7 nights and contrary to what is advertised on the website and that we are used to finding in this type of accommodation, there was no required equipment when we arrived: no ironing board, no kitchen towels, no soap, no pots or pans, no cooking utensils or kitchen knives. There were barely a few utensils and disparate plates and glasses. We asked at the front desk to get what was missing. But still, there was no dishwasher, no microwave, no toaster, and the cooking utensils provided were inadequate. We had paid in order to be able to prepare our breakfasts and lunches. We had to make do with adaptive camping. The shower faucets are shaky, deficient and not user friendly. You can easily shower the floor.
