Excellent hotel and it's perfectly located. It is right on the lake so has the most perfect romantic views from the outside terrace. It also has a small beach to one side. It's just a short walk to the ferry stop too. The room we had was a bit on the small side but had a lovely view of Lake Maggiore. It did need some upgrading tho. All in all a fabulous stay.

The hotel is dated but …. But the price we paid for 3 nights B&B with bar bill was very reasonable! The staff were great and very helpful Food in the restaurant was good drinks were served perfectly ( and strong ! ) Rooms clean breakfast was “ good “ plenty to eat Views great of the lake It’s not posh but very very reasonable we loved it !!

Only popped in for a bit to eat, a drink and directions to try and find my booked accommodation which was proving elusive. Very pleasant, cosy and comfortable public areas - and incredibly kind and helpful staff - and a lovely experience with people who cared enough to help me get to where I was meant to be going...thank you so much

Besoin de réno et vite, arrivé et rien de branché, télé airclim’ frigo, la chambre avait l'aird"êre fermé pourl'hivers... Le temps de la douche maintenant... robineterie lache aucun eau chaude dès que le robinet d'eaufroide est ouver un peut pas de pression quand on actionne la pomme de douche’ beaucoup de fuite sur le tuyau, j'ouvre latélé obligé d'enleverles chaise qui bouche la vue du lit, autre chaiseavec dossier en osier défoncé ..., obligé de fermer laclim pour dormir tellement bruillante... et finalement les matelas, vieux, mous et vieux draps, en somme je ne recomande pas cet établissement une auberge de jeunesse est plus propre et tu t'attend à ceci au prix que tu paie mais pas pas cet qui prétend être 4 étoile...

Albergo molto datato, davvero molto, camere vecchie, moquette sporca, vecchia e mai stata sostituita, acqua fredda per doccia e igiene intima, colazione triste! Insomma un bel soggiorno! Vivamente sconsigliato, quattro stelle cadenti!

di 4 stelle sarebbe solo la locazione, il resto come struttura completamente da rifare sia per ammodernamento che per igiene.. nota positiva la cucina e la gentilezza dello staff..come detto sopra con un totale rinnovamento sarebbe davvero una perla in riva al lago

Bien situé mais complètement décatis , vraiment au bout du rouleau. Nonobstant, le restaurant surprend en bien et le petit déjeuner est correct. Mais je ne recommanderai pas cet endroit : propreté douteuse, parking pas évident et si la vue est belle, il n’y a rien à faire autour.

Albergo in ottima posizione con vista lago impareggiabile. La terrazza ha un ottimo potenziale e secondo me ripaga qualunque mancanza. Personale super cordiale e disponibile. Piatti molto buoni e saporiti.

Quattro stelle sono un'esagerazione massimo due. Qualità /prezzo pessima. Colazione pessima per un quattro stelle. Chiesi un espresso mi fu risposto che la macchina del caffè faceva anche l'espresso. Una sola torta per vari giorni , il rimanente dei giorni precedenti. L'ultimo giorno macchina del caffè rotta e il caffè era nelle caraffe. Per un calice di vino era meno di due dita (orizzontali). Le camere,ho cambiato due camere, le tapparelle rotte facevano svegliare presto. I gabinetti senza estrattori e finestre, molto piccoli, non erano disinfettati.Il parcheggio bisognava essere fortunati per un posto vicino all'albergo. Per tutto questo ho pagato 110 euro al giorno.
