Balmoral Hotel, Belfast

Brilliant day start to finish the show was amazing, never stopped laughing! Plenty of set up displays for great pictures of your day/night out memories. Service and staff were so quick and friendly. Highly recommend fantastic for family get together, birthday or a girls day /night out.

The Balmoral is a firm favourite for me and my family. This occasion was a function that I attended with my friend. The staff can’t do enough to make every visit special, especially on this occasion when we were staying overnight. From the warm welcome at reception from Sophie when we arrived to our beautiful meal in the evening, we had the most relaxed, comfortable and welcoming stay. There was a beautiful dessert board awaiting us in our room, such a thoughtful and kind gesture, it tasted sublime too. Our room was lovely , spotlessly clean and the beds are so comfortable ~ that is a big thing for me because I find it difficult to sleep unless in my own bed. The shower is really good too. Fresh, soft towels and plenty of them. We had a beautiful breakfast the next morning, a good variety of cooked food and cereals, fruit, fresh juices and tea and coffee as well as some continental breakfast items. As we were about to make a move a staff member insisted on refilling my Stanley cup with fresh water and ice, very much appreciated. We were warmly greeted by the lovely Sophie the following morning and we told her how much we appreciated the thoughtful touches and the kind staff right through the hotel. The Balmoral Hotel is definitely a home from home and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality 😊 we will be back soon.

Yesterday I had my 80th birthday celebration in the Westbury Suite ie 27th July We were very well looked after the whole time by the staff, but one girl, the bartender named Danielle was just a joy, she was a bright light, and everything asked of her was always done with a smile, and a genuine smile Her helpful approach never wavered from start to finish. Please mention this to the management team in the hotel. Many thanks Gerry Finn

Amazing day for the kids very well organised and singers were fantastic! A great day out for all the family! Food, drink and staff 10/10 as always as i am a regular customer that lives local to the hotel.

Fun day was amazing!! Kids and adults had the best time ever! Some gazebos to shelter from the sun would have been great otherwise the day was perfect!

The family fun day on the 12th July was amazing there was so much to do for the kids and adults, not often you get much for free these days. Food and drink was nice too and there was a good range and not too expensive. Would definitely recommend it to other people.
