Great stay in Belfast for my birthday with my wife. First time in this premier inn which is in a great location. The room was great and had everything we needed. David and Lauren especially looked after us really well and were very helpful and made our stay.

Facilities were not there especially when the whole town was shut down. I understand that the chef hadn't come in but there was no chef the day before either and was made to feel uncomfortable for asking for continental breakfast. Felt as if staff didn't want to be there even when customers who were checking out had no where to go.

Great staff, David and Maeve were very warm and welcoming. Just what was needed after a long day after an early flight! Room was a Premier Plus which was fab, nice quiet hotel despite city centre location. Easy walk to work which was the reason for the choice, but would definitely return based on service.

Great location and friendly staff, however very poor WIFI and the breakfast coffee was weak. nearby car park offers a 50% off if your staying at a nearby hotel but you have pay at the operator window and no the machine to get the discount. Go park on the high street, just a 3 min walk away

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms in Cathedral Quarter, Belfast Premier Inn. Very comfortable room which had absolutely everything we needed. David on Reception and Billy from Maintenance were both friendly and helpful. Fantastic big shower, comfortable seats and great pillows and beds. What more could you ask for!

Heating didn't work so had to move rooms second room wasn't cleaned properly there was no cooked breakfast available and wasn't told on check in and kitchen wasn't open in the evenings fire food and noisey area i wouldn't sugary at this hotel again

Hotel clean well run and bar and food ok but rooms were absolutely freezing and could not be heated. Sleep was greatly disturbed as a result. Impossible to sit in room and relax. You had to get into the bed to stay in the room at all even though it was rotating two feet from the ceiling

The comfiest beds, and very friendly staff! Very welcoming and professional. Rooms really clean and the facilities in the premier plus rooms were a nice bonus (coffee machine, fridge). Would highly recommend to others travelling to Belfast
