This hotel is absolutely exceptional! It truly feels like the word “no” doesn’t exist in their vocabulary. From the moment we checked in, every staff member radiated positive energy — from the front desk to the villa staff, restaurants, and housekeeping. We were a group of 40 friends, and every request was met with warmth, hospitality, and genuine gratitude. I especially want to praise our incredible butler, Mr. Emrah, and our dedicated service coordinator, Miss Akmaral. At La Salsa restaurant, Mr. Murat made our experience unforgettable. I’d also like to thank Tarik, Eyub, Buses, Bakhtiyar, Tugay, Zhenaton, Ibrahim, Helil, another Ibrahim, and Oguzlam for their kindness and excellent service. This hotel exceeds my highest standards in every way. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Visit to the Ela Excellence Resort Belek hotel was a wonderful experience for me and my daughter, because this hotel offers relaxation at the highest level, delicious food, great drinks and beverages, beautiful and quiet hotel rooms that provide excellent respite. The hotel is decorated extremely elegantly. The pool areas and the beach with a pier, as well as the spa area, day and evening attractions and artistic performances make every guest feel taken care of and find something for themselves. special thanks to the staff - everyone is smiling and helpful, there is a very nice and professional service here. Modern solutions such as the use of electronic communication with the customer means that the response to questions and requests of guests is very precise and fast, almost immediate, and important information for guests is transmitted in an instant. I recommend this hotel with all my heart!

We had the best time in Ela Excellence. We came for our family moon with two children (aged 9 and 12). The staff were friendly and so helpful. Guest Services set us up on a WhatsApp group so all our questions could be answered quickly by staff who were there to look after us. When we told them about our daughter's allergy, they provided an allergy card so staff would know what she couldn't eat. That made using the buffet so much easier for her. Our pool villa was lovely and the view over our private pool was beautiful. The restaurants were fab, especially the Italian and the Mexican ones. The kids enjoyed the pool, slides and the Oxford Lounge, where they tried out lots of cocktails. And for us grown ups, having such a good selection of brand alcoholic drinks was great. I also enjoyed the spa, a beautiful,tranquil place. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and our room and facilities were amazing. I can't wait to.come back to Ela Exfellence again. Ella Excellence Hotel truly lives up to its name. This was our second visit, and I must say, the service this time was even better than before. It was an absolutely outstanding experience—by far the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. We were particularly impressed by their dedication, including rehearsals and training for the Christmas dinner and a corporate event. It looks they really care about guests. The food options in the ala cartes are outstanding and the presentation is very immaculate like you are in high end restaurant. Our favourite was the Mexican and Meditarreanian. Rizvan was an amazing waiter and chef Ali in the Italian. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the following individuals who made our stay extra special: Our guest assistants were amazing! Special thanks to Sedenur Gunes and Nazrin for an amazing service both of you deserve a promotion for exceptional service. Hassan Akin guest assistants supervisor was lovely and Habip (restaurant manager), Mehmet in the 24-hour restaurant and Halil and Ali. Thank you to the wonderful kids' club staff who made my children’s time so enjoyable, Rizwan in the à la carte restaurant, who was very kind and attentive, The chefs, waitresses, and cleaning staff, who kept our room spotless and even cleaned it twice daily, which was such a lovely touch, And all the pool staff, who were patient and kind with my children. The level of service and attention to detail from every team member was remarkable. While our stay was exceptional, I have a few minor suggestions for improvement: 1. The chocolate shop could offer a wider selection of chocolates like white chocolate, similar to what is available in the summer. 2. The 24-hour restaurant and room service menu could include more variety, such as stir fry noodles, different types of pizza, more burgers, wraps, hot dogs, nuggets, rice options and kebabs. 3. The sushi in the main restaurant was slightly dry and could be improved. 4. Some dishes across the restaurants had a bit too much salt. 5. Buffet options, especially at breakfast, could be enhanced in main buffet. At times, when we arrived around 10 a.m, there was no one available to prepare omelettes or eggs, and some food items were cold (although the staff were always happy to make fresh ones upon request) and like the fresh juices bar at breakfast and it would be nice if it was available other meal times. 6. Some Disabled bathroom railings around the hotel were loose in some bathrooms please check these. Despite these minor points, the hygiene throughout the hotel was impeccable, and we were thrilled with the new management's efforts to maintain high standards. One additional recommendation would be to include a disabled sea-view room. This would be a wonderful addition to ensure inclusivity for all guests. Initially, we were concerned about changes in the hotel since our last visit, but our experience exceed

My partner and I had an amazing experience attending Cocktails Workshop! Absolutely loved the vibe and the delicious cocktails we made ! Meolüt was very friendly and a good laugh, proper professional! Was really fun giving a shot at making cocktails by ourselves and also meeting new people. Time spent delightfully!
