Garden Pool Restaurant staff were so helpful, friendly and practiced their English and knowledge of the world with us. Big smiles and ful of laughter and good natured stories. It was a wonderful experience with Atilla, Hasan and Zeynep. They helped us to have a beautiful time at the fabulous Gloria Golf Resort. Having received glowing reports regarding Gloria golf was happy to visit today Staff excellent Course difficult at my skill level but I hope I’m objective enough to see a course I struggled on but appreciate it’s tough examination of one’s golf game. The condition and presentation of the course was something else. The greens were ok. The grass that was missing from the tees was growing wild in the unkept bunkers. This smacked of a course living on reputation and no longer having pride it’s customers Other courses have suffered from the same shortsightedness and are no longer in demand

This was our second stay at Gloria Golf. We have 3 kids and they have been going on about it non stop since our last trip. We stayed for 8 nights and were thoroughly spoilt for choice with food, entertainment and service. I have never seen so many smiley waiters and the guest relations are amazing. Nothing is an inconvenience. I especially want to commend Lyailya for looking after us so well. Our room had recently been refurbished and had incredible views over the family pool. We especially loved the daily barbecue at dinner. There are so many restaurants and we had a great rotation trying them on. The great thing about this resort is you get to use the facilities at the sister hotels so we went to the spa at the Serenity hotel a few times. The kids also love the Gogi kids club which has tonnes of activities in the day and a show and mini disco every evening. The amphitheatre is out of this world and seats a few hundred guests. It's like having Broadway at your doorstep. I've recommended this hotel to so many and can guarantee there will be something for everyone. Foodies enjoy! You're welcome ☺️

Fabulous hotel with high quality facilities, beautiful setting, clean and amazing food. Staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome & comfortable - highlight for us was Idayla and her brilliant daily pool aerobics. Will definitely go again.

At 1st I would thank Nina from the reception, Fatiha from sales team , finally Saleem the activity boy . All been the so nice so supportive. The resort is nice . Green every where , I enjoyed the stay . On the other. Hand I found few downsides . 1. Most of the team does not know basic English. Which made communication very difficult. 2. Some of the waiters are rude. 3. When you ask to have your meal they ask the table number . That was an issue . We have stayed 9 days . 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts. Total 5 meals . Where not delivered by ordering system they use . 4. The wooden chairs in children's area . I wish if they could replace it with plastic ones . As my baby had a cut in his lip( deep cut ) while he was playing normal. Even he did not fall or done anything wrong . 5. When ever we go to gloria pub and ask for doretos 50% of the time. There were no doretos and need to refill in 15 to 20 min . 6.on the 2nd say I have reported that we left swimming goggles and water ball . On the chairs . We went to eat and returned. The items where taken . All other items where stated on the chair .talked to relation customer. They told me they will reply me or send me a letter. I neither received any . 7. The 2nd day . They missed refill mini bar . I called them that they missed to refill it. The answer was " the 2nd refill is paid , since you didn't got that 1st refill . We will do the 2nd time for free " ...... what ???????? Again ...... what ????. 8. night shows are boring . 9. Arena area : one of the worst bar and very bad location you can't enjoy either shows or anything. The bar does not deliver anything. Cleanness is 10/10 Gogi club is amazing .( the jungle one ) Outstanding food menu . The snacks restaurants have tons of things to order . I would thankfully Appreciate they let me stay a late check out until 7 because of the accident which happened to my kid . Finally . To be honest it's good resort and I would revisit the resort again . But I wish if they fix the mentioned points.
