The beds and pillows are quite hard. Staff is incredibly nice and always ready to help. Food is quite nice, could be more seafood options. Despite few issues, we really liked staying in this hotel.

The waterpark was fantastic, not too crazy all kids can go on to it. The kids club wonderland was excellent lots of things for children to do of all ages including babies. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, love the little compliments of chocolates and Turkish delights. We will definitely come back soon.

We were at the hotel for 11 nights in June as a family of 4 travelling from the UK. The food was tasty and the only thing we found to be 5 star here. The best part of the hotel is the beach over the bridge where you can rent a cabana for 50 euro a day. The service we got there from the chap behind the bar was amazing and he was really funny! The staff here are rude, I’ve never experienced anything like it before in a large hotel, let alone one that is meant to be 5 stars. At meal times, free for all. Sit if you can find a clean table, and fetch your own drinks. The restaurant staff just look miserable and ignore you. The bar staff, in particular the main lobby bar, pick and choose who they serve. Order a cocktail one night, they’ll avoid you like the plague the next. Not even subtle about it. The guys at the bar down by the aqua park at least spoke to you like you existed! The staff on reception are disinterested and guest relations were rude. App doesn’t work and it took us 3 days to work out where everything was because they don’t tell you a thing. One evening when I needed to get some more cash out to pay the doctor for my unwell 3 year old daughter (they didn’t take card in the DRs) and the bank machine outside was broken, when I asked if there was any other machines nearby or if she had any suggestions she shrugged at me and said ‘what do you expect me to do’ ? No duty of care for customers at all. In summary, the hotel is clean, and the pools are nice, the food tasty. I can’t understand why the staff are so rude and unfriendly. A lot of friends who had recommended turkey to us are trying to reassure us we just chose a bad hotel. We are just so disappointed when we booked our holiday to feel a little spoiled and left not just unhappy but insulted.

Lovely holiday for my family…sunset beach dinner at the Turkish restaurant a perfect end to our holiday! Kids enjoyed the slides and the entertainment has been great!

Horrible. Don't come here. Hotel is understaffed which showes on room quality !!! Previous reviews i was writing on 1st day with passive insist of receptionist which guided me through review Just DO NOT COME HERE!

Very beautiful and clean hotel , Staff are lovely and helpful , food is great and there is fun entertainment both during the day and night. Would definitely recommend.
