首先在非洲，這個酒店環境沒的説，風景太好了，住進熱帶雨林，但是不知道是不是節約還是風俗，進酒店第一天，床單非常臟沒換過，7天也沒有換過，不過都是早出晚歸，前面都很好，最後一天走了讓車來接我們拉行李，沒讓，説忙，***啊白人為什麼可以，歧視華人啊，挺傻的，最後一天非常不爽，但是異國他鄉衹能忍耐！所以跑了才能評論！！！

This was my second time staying at SO Sofitel, and I must say, it was better experience than the first! The entire stay was incredibly cozy, and I felt truly welcomed from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Shivanee for the warm welcome Huge shout-out to Harsh, Naresh. Moreover Norsen from the maintenance team to fill my giant unicorn with air—such a fun touch! Aman, your milkshakes best one. And lastly, Anil, your service was absolutely amazing. You made our stay even more special with your service Thank you SO Sofitel for making this such a memorable experience. Had a very nice moment Soromantic with my hubby & friends

My stay here was phenomenal. Such a beautiful, tranquil place that's secluded and private. I picked the South intentionally to avoid the party scene that you get in the North. If you want a romantic getaway this is for sure the choice. The staff were lovely and accommodating and there's nice activities you can do like snorkeling, glass bottom boat trips and kayaking. The food was delicious with different choices every night. The bar had live music which you can enjoy in the evening. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed as a whole family at SO Sofitel Bel Ombre on the 2nd and 3rd of November 2024, and we are thrilled to share our wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth extended by the team made us feel at home. Special mention goes to Krishana, Raj, and Nilesh from the front office, whose attentiveness and friendliness ensured our comfort throughout our stay. They made us feel truly valued and looked after. At Le Flamboyant restaurant, the service provided by Anastasia, Jany, and their colleagues was exceptional. They were incredibly attentive to our requirements, even going the extra mile to ensure the babies’ puree was prepared just as needed. Their commitment to making each meal special for our family left us thoroughly impressed. We would also like to express our gratitude to Adriano, Juliana, and Priya for their outstanding efforts in entertaining our little ones. Their warmth and care created an unforgettable experience for our children, who had a fantastic time. Additionally, a big thank you to Henry at the boathouse for his kind assistance and friendly approach, which added to the enjoyment of our activities. While we were delighted with our stay, we would like to suggest expanding the variety of food options, particularly for vegetarian guests, to add even more diversity to the buffet. Additionally, having more swing benches in the yard would provide guests with even more opportunities to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor surroundings. Thank you to the entire SO Sofitel Bel Ombre team for making our family getaway truly memorable. We look forward to returning to experience your outstanding hospitality once again.

The staff have been absolutely amazing, nothing is ever a bother. Raj the concierge is 10/10 always so happy and helpful. Room was very nice. Food was stunning. Everywhere is always kept very clean and tidy. All in all great honeymoon would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect, the staff exceptional, the food extremely tasty and fresh. The room was clean and with all you need. But all the aplause goes to the staff because they are one in world let’s say it. I will totally recommend this hotel. ❤️❤️❤️
