This was my second stay at the Haorong Hotel. The front desk staff was very professional and enthusiastically asked us if we wanted to move our luggage. The concierge was also quick to pull the trolley and put the luggage carefully. It was very professional. The front desk asked us about the direction of the room. The environment here is really good, very comfortable and cozy. The front desk upgraded me to a room with a pool view. I especially like sitting on the balcony, looking at the pool and the villa. It feels very comfortable and relaxing. I like this scene. Although it rained all night, it didn't affect our mood at all. The service is also very good.
