Wifi will occasionally disconnect and it is not very stable. I want to watch a movie. There is a problem with the projection screen. I can find the next room or the one on the TV, but I can't find the đ«đ«đ« in this room.
em... I booked a big bed room, but I went in with two beds. It was originally a twin room. It was embarrassing for couples to live. I was afraid of falling out of the bed on both sides and falling into the middle. Everything else is okay, the sanitation is very clean, the water and electricity are normal, and the hot water is sufficient.

GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed our stay at ćéšæŒ«ćż. They were very attentative and thoughtful right when we arrived at the hotel. Hot pear soup were served to warm us up while they settled our check in.
The front desk noticed that it is my girl's birthday the next day and asked if we would like to have a surprise for her. We were expecting a small piece of cake, but they surprised us with a whole room filled with the balloons and decorations. This is definitely a fond memory for my girl.
The staff helped to order takeaways for my sick child ( one even offered to cook for her) and helped booked our çžćŁ°tickets too. Appreciate all their kind gestures.

JJulia CLWe got confused after we checked in and noticed that there wasn't a door into the bathroom. Called the housekeeping, and they informed that the door was removed because it was spoilt. I think its rather irresponsible to not inform beforehand. The room was changed after complaining. The new room, not sure if it's because it's winter, it's like a sauna in the room! Even the corridor is cooler than the room! There is nothing we can do to adjust the temperature and with the direct sunlight shining in, it just makes it worse.
During checking in, I enquired about some day tours but the front office staff couldn't give much information. Generally, the staff are not very enthusiastic and friendly.
The plus point is the location. It is about 5 mins walk from Xidan metro station. Lots of food and shopping around the hotel.

I should really appreciate the cleanliness, the rooms and the bathrooms were extremely clean. It was an amazing stay. All the staff did a really great job. Extremely happy.

Stayed in Jan 15 in 2025. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everything you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snooker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! See you soon!

LLLL...Go straight out of the hotel lobby door, turn right to go to the nearest metro station/exit which is Zhushikou. Turn left to eat and shop at the famous Qianmen street and also other hutongs/alley. Totally worth it. Plus, thereâs a Luckin coffee and Lawson opposite the hotel. Really convenient!
They kept the room really clean. There are some complaints about the drainage smell which there really is in the toilet but you will get used to it and eventually it will disappear as you take shower.
Overall it was a very good experience and nice place. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Remember to clean the filter of the dryer if you wish to use it. As itâs quite dusty but I think people rarely use it anyways so I am fine with it. I even helped them clean and wash the dust away.
Anyways, I will definitely book again if I come back to Beijing. đŻ

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel with my family and it was an absolute delight! This place is a haven for families seeking comfort and convenience. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub â it was a definite highlight of his stay!
One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference.
The location is also a major plus â surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal.
All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic family experience. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!

DDr. Julio BernalWe love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasnât the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasnât working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well

RRadu VeleaIt was very interesting,the hotel have some really cool features. Would definitely book again anytime. The smell was very pleasant and almost feel like it was a room full of roses and flowers. The room was clean and nice and they even offer gift when parted.
