Beijing Xiaomi Chang'an Apartment

This time we moved to the 2 bedroom apartment on 12th floor. It is much warmer and better for us in winter/spring. The condition of the room although smaller was better than the 1st room we stayed in. At least nothing is broken and apartment seems more well taken care of. It also has 3 coffee mugs. Location still far from Beijing city. Foreigner should not book because need to register for permit. Extra hassle. Subway is around 500m from apartment. There is no daily housekeeping as this is not a hotel. So we had to upkeep the room and try to keep it clean ourselves . It is still value for money if you do not mind the far location from city centre. Lady management was attentive to our needs. She send a repair man very quickly to fix the toilet when it was not able to flush. The problem is solved quickly . She also provided extra towels, garbage disposal bags and toilet paper. Thank you

Location too far - took us at least 1.5 hours to get to Beijing centre via subway as many station to interchange (3-4 interchange). I figured that’s why the price per night is cheap compared to stay in centre of Beijing. Foreigners should not book this apartment because they will need to register themselves at the local police station to get the permit of accommodation, in case for custom check. The room is old and many things broken. There are no mugs for drinking or utensils in the kitchen. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The toilet is very small and always wet because of the design! My mum had to spend an hour cleaning the toilet when we arrived. For leaving luggage service, we had to put our luggages for the night in ANOTHER building hence it is not convenient if u want to leave your luggage. The only good thing was the service provided by the management, the person replied very promptly and tried her best to be attentive to our needs. Thank you to her for her fast replies on WeChat . She was also kind enough not to collect deposit from us as we can’t transfer via eWallet (not China Citizen) . We hope you can improve the condition of the apartment for local citizens to rent as the pricing is reasonable.

房間乾淨整潔，一次性用品齊全，空調製熱效果很高。電視可以投屏，洗澡水很熱，地理位置優越，近地鐵站，很滿意。

房間很好，寵物友好非常棒，帶母親和家裡毛孩子一起住了兩天 體驗感很好，樓下有便利店很方便，距離兩個商場也很近，非常棒的一次體驗

這家民宿真是旅行中的温馨小窩！從踏入門檻的那一刻起，就被它獨特的裝飾風格和乾淨舒適的環境所吸引。房間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，特別是那張大軟床，讓人一夜好眠。前台姐姐熱情周到，提供的早餐新鮮美味，讓人元氣滿滿地開始新的一天。周邊環境優美，安靜愜意，無論是散步還是拍照都非常適合。離漫展場館也很近，15分鐘就到了～總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，無論是家庭出遊還是朋友小聚，這裏都是個不錯的選擇，強烈推薦給大家！
