This hotel have The Keys deposit 1,000 CNY , even the 3stars hotel does not ask for deposit , but can check out late 1h and another are ok. Even the 3 stars these days didn't ask for any deposit at all. This is not how you treat a guest.

Great newly opened hotel. Cool industrial architecture located in a former building of the Shougang park. Great service, good food and swimming pool (plus play room for extra charge). Shougang park itself is also definitely worth a visit. Recommended for a staycation in Beijing

2024-2025 年春節攜家人來首鋼香格里拉感受不一樣的春節，聽説首鋼有第一屆春季遊園會，提前囤了票，選擇住香格里拉酒店 酒店設施完善 尤其是洗澡噴頭開關和調節按鍵在牆上 不用抬着頭調熱水涼水 這點很方便！客服會提前1天打電話 還特意準備了寶寶拖鞋和浴液超級完美！不過作為親子酒店 這裏小童樂園不大 我順着窗户看了一眼覺得太低幼了 酒店一層的小童遊樂活動多數收費 還學習的手藝不多 大多數是賣東西的 感覺是高級版微縮廟會！酒店前台送了首鋼區域地圖 感覺在這裏住宿逛街跟在外星球一樣！到處找鋼鐵直男的痕跡……不過 春節期間沒啥介紹的 五一劇場經過了好幾遍也沒對外開放！冰場近在眼前 就是找了三圈也沒找到！ 聽説遠處的石景山山不高但很難爬 大冷天就不想嘗試了！不知道這裏怎麼做到又荒涼又熱鬧的！ 酒店安排的房間視野還不錯 早起看到有人放風箏 心情大好！不過酒店電視沒啥頻道啊！很少見五星級酒店就二十幾個電視頻道的！ 感覺首鋼玩兩天足以四天太多了！

位置很好，首鋼園裡麪，有自己的餐廳，沒有吃晚飯。早餐品種還可以，但是生冷的有點多，自己還是喜歡吃炒蔬菜之類的。周邊外賣很方便。 房間有直飲水，條件也不錯，景觀房，落地窗，景色很好！不錯的體驗！下次來還會考慮入住香格里拉！

剛回國，第一次訂到市裡的香格里拉了，折返回來發現首鋼香格里拉酒店特別漂亮，我特別喜歡這裏 ，這一次是第二次回來又遇到了前台的王旭小哥，他很耐心的跟我講解園區的活動，周邊吃喝玩樂可以逛的地方，入住期間前台的程佳琪小姐姐也幫我解決了很多需求，後來因為長時間住的原因前台的Yolanda小姐姐幫我解決了預訂的問題，這次回國時間久，打算多呆一些時日，期待酒店越來越來越好.

入住很多次了 每次都很滿意～ 香格里拉的飯飯真的是好好吃～ 哈哈 今年除夕晚上自助餐相當豐富 還有各種活動 酒店房間大玻璃窗可以看外面風景 入住第一天還送了果盤和首鋼特色“點心” 很用心 酒店遊樂場孩子每次來必去～ 非常開心～

酒店設計風格非常獨特，保留了電廠原有的框架結構進行了重新升級，很有工業風！酒店內的綠植很多，像是走進植物園，很好的把工業設計和綠色低碳融合起來，很舒服。酒店的床不軟，睡得不累。特別要講一下健身房的運動器材多堪比健身房，種類很齊全！泳池也很乾凈。據説自助餐很好，下次要嚐嚐。

房間中規中矩，總體來説不錯。酒店位置很好找，周圍環境也滿意。感歎首鋼之大，工業風和現代的結合，前台小姐姐小哥哥都很友善，春節活動比較多、贈送了廟會門票、演出門票，早餐口味可以，最愛各種麪包和水果，北冰洋的瓷瓶酸奶真的點贊😀

服務：服務沒的説，這麼多品牌就屬香格的服務最好，這是第二年來首鋼過年了，前台Mila早早的就幫忙把房間準備好，還是那麼細心，體貼。 衞生：衞生沒的説，很乾凈。 環境：喜歡這邊的環境，遠離市區，視野很空曠。 設施：游泳池非常贊，最深就一米四非常時候小朋友。 總體很好，還會再來。
