The hotel was very good. On the arrival day I got help from a female receptionist she was really good. She explained everything to me in English and helped me when I needed help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was properly assisted. On the second day there was also another female receptionist who was also very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳敞亮，整個期間的工作人員服務都很熱情，定的房間是帶浴缸的，猶豫家人很不方便，工作人員瞭解後，很快給調整了，房間乾淨，整潔，住的很舒適，退房時忘記了物品，小唐，小趙細心周到，為我挽回了損失，酒店不是那種機械性服務，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺

以前開會在這裏住過一次，這次帶父母來北京旅遊。交通非常便利，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員也很熱情，由於入住時很晚了，前台介紹完房型後，怕長者走的太遠，免費為我們升級了寬敞明亮的房間，好幸運呀～幫我攻略了北京的旅遊景點，和給我們預訂了長城和故宮的門票，簡直不要太贊啦❤️ 退房的時侯前台小閆同志為我們叫了車，非常感謝！這次來北京讓我感受到了北京的温暖，父母也很開心！
