It’s a good place for those who want quiet time away from the city. Breakfast is purely Chinese. There’s nothing around so you better come with your snacks if you don’t eat Chinese food. The room are spacious and clean. The service is good

Hotel.bed and room was lovely We were foreigners and the check in took us 45 minutes, she checked my visa 4 times and phoned the manager to check,I am not sure how she thought I got into China in the first place???? Very taxing The rest was great xxx

酒店入住體驗很不錯，環境清幽，我們住的loft户型，房屋挑高很高，空間很大。還準備了免費的飲料零食。酒店和餐廳的經理和服務人員都非常專業，態度親切。環境非常好，安靜，推開門就能看到綠樹青山長城，還有户外燒烤和電音節，餐廳的炒菜味道也很不錯，推薦燒茄子。很適合帶家人週末來住一晚，在雁棲湖周邊玩兩天

服務：到是不錯從入住前房間諮詢到門鎖壞了維修；不過清理房間忘記放物料，電話追問後送東西到是及時環境：還可以不過山坡上燒烤晚上的氣味太大了在屋外能明顯聞到衞生間返味屋外有很多煙頭不自覺的客户太多飲食：還好早上肉類少尤其清真食物沒有設施：不太友好衹有台階沒有嬰兒車和輪椅慢坡

帶父母和閨女去因為用慣了兩衞户型所以特意選了兩室兩衞的麥殼天香酒店這個户型還有獨立小院和泡池去之前就有了很充分的溝通小院裏有充電樁這點也是我選擇這個酒店很重要的一點還有就是酒店衞生真的很好餐廳廚師做菜很好吃最最最重要的是服務超棒

非常滿意的一次入住體驗。酒店大小適宜，有一定規模形成完善配套，人又不會太多。所定房型非常適合家庭出遊，房間又大又寬敞，自帶小院子很適合發呆小酌。早餐也很好，非常推薦！

不是太滿意的一次預訂。到了酒店覺得環境不錯，卻被告知，所謂的温泉酒店（我在攜程用關鍵詞搜尋），衹有房型有私湯的才有温泉，其他的房型都沒有。經過攜程客服各種溝通（自己在前台溝通無果）後，又等待了近兩個小時，才換成了私湯的房間。本來很愉快的一個假期，搞得有點遺憾。

這次和家人度假又選了這家酒店，作為回頭客，它從來沒讓我失望。一踏入酒店，温馨雅緻的環境就讓人心情愉悦，細節之處盡顯品質。酒店的服務堪稱一流，每位員工都熱情周到。尤其要提一下酒店經理，之前入住時我有些特殊需求，本以為比較麻煩，沒想到跟經理溝通後，他立馬安排妥當，有求必應的態度讓我特別感動。早餐種類豐富，中西式美食應有盡有，食材新鮮，口味也很棒，為美好的一天開啟了滿分狀態。無論是環境、服務還是餐飲，這家酒店都做到了極致。以後度假，這裏依舊會是我的首選，也期待酒店能一直保持這樣的高水準！
