I stayed at this hotel because I had a layover in Beijing. I chose this hotel again on my way there and back because the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Even though I missed the shuttle bus, they arranged a free taxi for me. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Beijing in the future. Thank you!

The room we booked was with a window which was not possible to open, fair enough but the AC didn't work. Since the AC didn't work the room got super hot upto 28 degrees which was a nightmare. When we contacted the staff in the reception about this problem they blaimed the airpolutin in Beijing (no clue how that is possible OK i guess). They had no solution for this problem except that we had to upgrade to a much more expensive room which we needed to pay for if we wanted a room with a working AC and the possiblity to open the window (thats just insane). The staff also laught off us when we told them that the room was unbearably hot.

My boyfriend didn’t have WeChat so I booked and did everything for him. The hotel was amazing and helpful. They sent a video to help him get to the bus, they picked him up on time. He was happy and said he’d definitely book again. He commended the cleanliness of the hotel room. I’d definitely recommend! Thank you !
