Everything about the hotel was wonderful except the location. The rooms are giant, very comfortable bed, the breakfast was delicious and a mix of western and Chinese, the hot spring was very relaxing. (Some features of the hot springs were closed). The downside is that it’s 90 minutes from the city center, 90 minutes from Capital airport, and 30 minutes north of the Great Wall. If you want a quiet and relaxing getaway that is away from the Beijing crowds, and closer to the Great Wall, then this hotel is perfect. Perfect for families with children.

環境不錯，衞生也不錯。那個温泉也不錯，挺大的，池子多。最失望的是服務，大堂裏的服務人員都木訥冷漠。不適合親子，只有一個適合低齡的小室內遊樂園。所謂的親子活動就是湊數消磨時間的，因為孩子住在這裏實在沒的玩。

帶孩子春節期間去龍慶峽看冰燈，看這個酒店距離還可以，下午看完冰燈就去酒店辦入住。景區距離酒店開車10幾分鐘，有免費的地下停車場。很多車也停放在上面。選這個酒店，一個是離玩的景區近，還有能泡温泉，訂的時候是包含帶温泉券的。
到酒店大概下午快4點半，前台告知我定的兩間一個大床，一個雙床，由於之前備註連通或者挨着，目前房間還沒有打掃乾淨，這是我頭一次住酒店這麼晚還沒有房間的情況。不過前台很機智，等了幾分鐘交涉了下，其中一間幫我升級成高級套房了，套房可以馬上入住，另一間還要等40分鐘左右，在同一層，隔着幾間，給到我這個方案也是認可的。而且申請了延遲下午2點退房。
房間很乾凈，孩子也很開心。我們收拾了下就先去吃飯，懶得出去轉就樓下吃的自助，有火鍋，也有其他，花樣挺多，不過冷風有點大，導致拿完菜放桌上沒一會兒就涼了，味道衹能説不太值這個價位，但總體尚可吧！
晚上去泡温泉，要出樓，不過出樓對面就是，走路也就20米左右，很近。裏面環境我很喜歡，很私密，我們一家四口可以在一個池子裏不被打擾。小童池孩子也去玩了一陣。
自助早餐也是品種多，但味道真的很一般，排了20多分鐘的煎餅，不那麼好吃。然後孩子在一層的小童俱樂部裏玩了會兒。
由於延遲退房，回去泡個澡，收拾東西都還沒那麼趕。總之，還是滿意的，孩子説下回還來。

房間打掃的非常乾淨，3層的保潔阿姨見到客人都會主動打招呼。此次帶着孩子是第二次入住該酒店，親子項目很多，孩子玩的很高興。唯一不滿意的是餐飲方面，可能是節日期間人多，彩豐餐廳，衹接待預訂的客人，導致我們晚上還要開車出去就餐。温泉也是第二次體驗，服務人員主動服務意識很強。

春節帶全家來泡温泉，奔着就是這家親子酒店的名號。先説優點：春節活動+日常活動非常豐富，能硬控4-12歲的娃，我們做了點翠，做了煙花炸彈，做了麪繪，手繪，還寫了對聯、福字，抽了獎等等；温泉私密性較好，適合一家人出遊；前台有一個小姐姐服務特別好，在房態超級緊張的情況下，還幫我們延遲了兩個小時的退房時間。
缺點：酒店餐飲提供的差一些，晚上餓了，找了一圈也沒找到菜單。給彩豐小館打電話，説滿了，只有3688的套餐🤣某一位做親子活動（寫福字）的小姐姐態度是真差，秩序控場能力不好，我抱着孩子排隊做活動，前面倆家庭插我前面了視而不見，等排到我了還要説我插隊，陰陽了我一番。體驗感極差！

1.前台像機器人，訂了三間2晚房間，由於有孩子提出希望能升級中間帶沙發床的家庭房，酒店回覆沒權限不可以升級，加價可以。不説就安排北邊房間，需要自己要求才能住南邊房，房間打掃不乾淨，有煙灰。
2.三天兩晚套餐温泉衹能去一次！訂單上沒有寫，超過1.4米不算小童要買成人票，200多300的價格吧，而且温泉不在酒店裡麪需要穿過30m的走廊，大冬天的必須穿着羽絨服穿過走廊才能到，沒幾個人還要等前台拿號，温泉前台和酒店前台互相推脱。
3.温泉和泳池安排在一起，温泉左邊門進入，泳池右邊門進度，泳池很小15m，好在人少乾淨
4.皇冠家族活動適合低齡小童，超過6歲不適合，集章後的禮品超級沒有誠意。
5.酒店吃飯不貴，但是過年上菜慢這個可以理解。周邊有萬達開車幾分鐘，走路太冷了。
總之，不推薦，不會再去！

酒店設施比較新，環境尚可，服務有待提高。
1.餐廳：進門沒人引導，擦桌子未用清潔劑，早餐種類不多，品質一般。
2.小童活動：工作人員較少，活動管理鬆散，有時未按時間開始活動。
3.房間地漏不滲水。
4.泳池免費，温泉收費，小童玩的在温泉裏，進門需要温泉門票。
總之對比之前去的那些酒店，感覺一般。
