We came here for an anniversary trip in the mountains and it was excellent. Lovely surroundings, beautiful hotel, lots of amenities, private hot spring was convenient and clean, and the staff were fantastic. Big thanks to Luna who fulfilled our every need, bilingually. Would recommend to anyone

這是第二次來海灣半山，第一次9月和朋友一家人出行，體驗非常好，這次帶着父母和孩子一起來的，除了體驗了温泉，桑拿，小童俱樂部外還解鎖了體育館，小朋友在體育館打球打得不亦樂乎。海灣給我的感覺就是長者，孩子都可以得到不錯的體驗，另外早餐也非常豐富（唯一問題就是週六住店客人太多了，週日一早早餐排隊排到地老天荒）。除此之外，體驗都挺好的！

酒店硬件設施和外部環境都挺好的。房間整潔，安靜，床品舒適，但牀頭櫃擺放的設施過多，幾乎沒有使用空間，不太方便。户外空氣清新，瀑布旁的後山可攀登，遠眺密雲水庫。室內小童樂園面積尚可，滑梯蹦床和拓展適合大童，裝潢感覺比較冷清空曠，託管服務的工作人員很負責。户外有個簡單的一米菜園，可隨意採摘喂兔子和雞，晚上也有燈光。這兩個地方孩子挺喜歡的。各項小童手工活動都在酒店的某個宴會廳擺個攤兒，比較冷清，臨時感強，我們時間來不及了，沒有參加。
十一假期住客很多，感覺有些應接不暇，整體服務不算很細緻，但態度都不錯。半山温泉是公共湯池，不過上午10：30～15：00人很少，風景最好的池也較容易獨自擁有。療愈項目和訂餐位需要聯繫管家預約，其它大部分項目需自己在小程序提前預約，會感覺有些麻煩。我們忘記提前半天預訂晚餐的座位，下午再訂要排隊到七八點了，但套餐送到房間的服務很周到，菜的味道不錯。早餐自助品種豐富，食材質量好，中西餐都有，側重西餐多一些，但餐廳接待容量有限，我們習慣早起，8：20以前到餐廳的用餐體驗感好，之後再來就要在在門口排長隊等位很久。
酒店的夜晚，户外都有燈光，適合散步，氣温舒適，能看到遠處的長城蜿蜒的燈光。

基本上每年冬天都來海灣半山，這次體驗尤為贊贊，服務非常貼心，我的管家是luna小姐姐，提前發了很多酒店活動。體驗了早晨的漂浮頌缽，是在水星泡池中，體驗印度老師的頌缽，隨着呼吸和水上的漂浮感，聽着缽音，覺得非常放鬆。早晨的哈他瑜伽課也是印度老師，非常舒緩拉伸。半山得服務真的不錯，每個服務人員都很友好，熱情，需求會非常快的滿足。泡池一如既往的好，水乾淨，泡完身上很滑嫩。這次在酒店住宿，分別體驗了中餐西餐，中餐分量非常足，意外的驚喜是水煮牛肉和西紅柿炒雞蛋，都很好吃，中餐還贈送了雜糧飯，葡萄乾紅棗蒸的米飯，小朋友一下炫兩碗！西餐味道也很不錯，臨走luna還送給小朋友一個冰激凌，賊開心。天氣冷一些再來，下次打算多住一天！

非常適合帶孩子來玩的酒店。我家是兩歲多的寶寶，可以説小黃鴨房間本身就讓她非常開心了，另外還有游泳池和小童樂園也很適合孩子，還有一個有小兔子的一米菜園可以喂兔子。大人則有體育館還有免費的瑜伽課、頌缽課可以體驗。早餐也非常豐富！推薦閤家出行！

房間 服務 都還行吧 中規中矩 畢竟這個時間段的價格比三亞亞特蘭蒂斯和麗思卡爾頓都要貴了 最大的bug其實是 酒店既然標榜親子酒店 那麼對孩子收費是不是應該適當放寬一些 比如早餐的收費標準 現在很多孩子身高都高 五歲超一米二的也很多了 衹要超一米二就收99元早餐是不是可以適當放寬到年齡？即使是七八歲的孩子感覺也吃不了什麼 而且預訂時候衹有包含大人早餐的套餐 沒有孩子一起預訂的套餐價 酒店的服務和餐飲都還不錯 不過晚餐差不多就是酒店內用餐 中餐廳的餐品質量實在不敢恭維 差不多都是預製菜吧 而且價格高 點了一道蒸排骨 一進嘴 感覺就是真空包裝保質期幾個月的那種料理包 上鍋一蒸 沒什麼別的選擇 如果自駕 不嫌麻煩附近幾公里內 還是出去吃吧
