Kamarnya bersih, stafnya sangat ramah, ruang cucinya sangat bagus dan peralatan mencucinya juga disediakan, lokasinya strategis untuk keluarga dan ekspatriat, lokasinya sangat strategis karena hotelnya berada di pusat perbelanjaan terkenal di Salton. Lokasinya bagus. Berada di Sanlitun Soho. Namun, perlu resepsionis yang bisa berbahasa Inggris. Bahkan yang kecil pun akan lebih bagus. Harus membayar untuk sarapan. Layanan kamar mengganti handuk setiap hari, tetapi tidak membersihkan kamar atau menambahkan sampo, dll.

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan kebalikan dari Taikoo Li di Sanlitun, tetapi pusat perbelanjaan tempat hotel berada sangat sepi dan tidak aman di malam hari. Saya tidak dapat menemukan lift dan menelepon berulang kali untuk menanyakannya sebelum seseorang turun ke ambil itu. Karena saya tiba di hotel sangat larut, saya ingin bersih-bersih dan tidur lebih awal. Saya tidak menyangka akan mencium bau asap yang kuat begitu saya memasuki ruangan. Saya tidak mengerti bahwa asap seharusnya tidak kelelahan ketika kamar dibersihkan.Setelah menanggapi meja depan, saya memang mengganti kamar Tapi noda air di kamar mandi tidak kering dan ada jaring laba-laba di belakang pintu, karena sudah terlambat dan saya tidak mau ganggu, jadi saya tidur, tapi yang paling speechless ada keluarga yang lari keluar sama anak Ditelpon lagi, waktu itu udah lewat jam 12, kok front desknya gak peduli , dan itu tidak berhasil setelah menelepon dan berbicara dengan meja depan. Secara umum, kondisi kebersihan ruangan sangat mengkhawatirkan, dan staf meja depan tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang sebenarnya.

Next time I will look for alternatives. Avoid rooms with no window. Do not pay for breakfast, many better choices around. Main problem is noise as many guests arrive/stop shouting between 1-3am. You can listen everything. Closing doors make a lot of noise too. No sound insulation at all. Floors must be cleaned much better. TV projector is worth it. Price and location is good. I would not recommend it for families.

Absolutely perfect location for anyone who wants to be in the 'social' centre of Beijing. Close to many shops, bars, and international restaurants. It's a very basic hotel, but clean, and you get a lot of value for your money! It is a bit hard to find as it is on a floor above a shopping mall and you can't access it from all elevators. Better signpostjng would help. My only complaint is that the room was boiling hot. The air conditioner didn't work. The staff kindly brought in a HUGE mobile air conditioning unit, but even with that on full blast, it was still warmer than I would normally like. That might put me off returning, although the other nearby hotels are all extortionate 5 star places... fine if you are treating yourself... but in the centre of Beijing a hotel is really just a place to leave your bag and fall asleep... for that, this hotel was great!
