The hotel was clean and service was professional. They extended our checkout until 2pm and waited for us to checkin at 4 am. Overall it was a satisfying experience.

We chose Kuntai for our stay for our B2B held there. Great hotel, quite big and spacious. Amazing breakfasts, very responsive staff, that easily could make our room change for a view side, and most interesting that they have a "pet" robot for delivery between the rooms that could use lifts and talk when it needs it. One small minus is the location, quite far from the center but very close to the subway and Soho shopping center. Would recommend it to anyone, who needs to stay in this area.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Nathan and yuanyuan lee were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.
