屬於比較老的國營涉外賓館，設施比較舊，但是維護得很好，很乾凈，服務很好，也安靜。

這是我住過最差的酒店，從服務，衞生，設施到飲食！ 服務方面：前台服務態度非常不好，特別是短髮年紀大的那個，她給我辦入住辦理了半個小時！因為訂錯時間，超時不能取消訂單，沒住卻要多收我一天房費，我説讓她把訂單改成當天的就好了，甚至可以加價按照酒店到店價給她跟想節省時間儘快休息，她要求我自行聯繫平台處理，跟她們酒店無關！從頭到尾沒一個想要幫忙解決問題的態度，而且辦理中途口渴要求幫我倒一杯水，我説了三遍才不情願的去倒。 衞生方面：我訂的是行政套房，剛進屋就有一衹拖鞋在屋裡未清理了衞生間還有異味，不得已要求換房間，酒店讓一個門衞保安上來，那保安素質不高，極其不耐煩一樣，好像我求他幫忙，麻煩他了似的。 設施方面：設施陳舊，地毯很臟，衞生間馬桶不好用，得沖多次才能把排泄物沖下去。 飲食方面：早餐7點到9點半，我8點半去的，衹能吃剩菜，本來就沒幾樣，這讓我怎麼吃，在家吃剩菜都比這強吧？早餐48一位怎麼定價的？服務員沒什麼服務還與同事嬉笑，真是服了！ 全方位差評，以後不會再來，也告知大家避坑

前台服務員袁*靜服務態度極差！前台5個人坐在那裡閑着外賣餐也不給送，還給放到門外鐵櫃上冷卻。酒店名叫外國專家大廈，還是四星級酒店，主打一個在外國專家面前給國人抹黑！！！

地毯時間比較久了 其他設施挺好的

Love this hotel! Everything is rather dated but that adds to the charm of the place. We booked a business suite for five nights and it was like home away from home, but better because of a bathtub! There was a large living room with decent furniture and wardrobes, a small kitchen with oven, microwave, and fridge freezer, a washing machine tucked in a corner near the small but functional bathroom, and there was a large balcony with views to the adjacent compound. The bed was large and comfortable, we slept well. There was a faint hum of traffic from the nearby highway but not a problem. We stayed in 1102 which is on the east side of the building. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean, breakfast was simple Chinese food. We hired bicycles to travel the 10 minute journey to Jiandemen metro. If you want to feel like a foreign expert staying in Beijing two or three decades ago this is the place, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

位置挺好，房間也不錯，就是周邊吃飯位置有點遠。
