20th Floor was quite hot. Not very comfortable. And the aircon didn't not help. English speaking receptionist would be a great addition.

The hotel is my first choice if I want to stay in Zhong Guan Cun area. The facility and style of the hotel are a bit out of date and the hotel is still comfortable and convenient in most aspects. I left behind some cloth by mistake and the hotel staff called me to arrange a pick up. I very much appreciate that.

I am living at the top floor (20/F) and it is extremely hot. The air conditioner is a centralized system and I cannot adjust. After telling the frontdesk, they send me a electronic fan and it feel slightly better…

Very pleasant service and environment. The room was quite large, and we enjoyed the complimentary cookies and fruit.
We took my 2-year-old to the pool, which was nice and mostly empty. There was no shallow end for kids, so my son was a bit scared (he is still new to swimming pools), but he permitted me to carry him around in it.
It was not very easy to walk around and find a place to eat quickly except for some fast food restaurants. The street the hotel is on is a wide highway, so we did not spend a lot of time walking around outside. But we were able to easily and quickly get to the new Summer Palace from here.

酒店服務不錯，攜程預訂房間留了需求都滿足了，還升級了行政樓層，前台看我們帶孩子還提供了小朋友的拖鞋浴衣和牙具，瓶裝水也多給了幾瓶。最後一天離開酒店，行李員小姚冒着大風非常熱心的幫我搬行李箱，感謝感謝！
缺點是大堂入口有點兒不是太方便，開車一定要提前從輔道出去，出口和入口容易搞錯。另外就是早餐水平有待提高，炒菜種類比較少。除此之外都不錯，性價比在線。

去海淀劇院看跨年演出，所以選擇住在裏，前台辦入住服務員冷冰冰，是我感覺最不好的一家皇冠假日酒店，酒店的早餐樣式豐富但是豆漿很難喝，不過反映了後服務員非常積極的改善，還是不錯的。
總之這次入住這家滿意度一般
