my family and i had an amazing stay. staff Alice who helped us with our check-in was incredibly friendly and efficient. she helped to arrange a birthday deco surprise for my mother and even upgraded her room which was so thoughtful. she constantly check in about our stay with me to ensure we have a comfortable stay. our room was spacious and clean. the housekeeper arranged our personal toiletries nicely. the bellboy was very helpful with luggage. the hotel’s location is near many attractions and there’s 2 metro stations nearby within 10mins walk. the breakfast buffet have huge varieties. i would reccommend this hotel if you have the budget. it’s worth it.

We expected much more from a hotel of this category and at this price. The room was nothing special. We ordered dinner, which was disappointing, the portion was very small, the food wasn’t good, and we also had several issues just trying to place the order.
Other than that, the location is acceptable and the hotel itself is visually nice, but overall it does not justify the price.
