Tidak ada hotel yang lebih buruk. Fasilitasnya sudah tua, lingkungannya buruk, selimutnya sangat lembab, lembab sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur sama sekali, dan ada serangga tak dikenal yang menggigit saya dan anak-anak saya. Pas check in hotel disarankan jadi member. Setelah jadi member, saya dengar dari front desk pesanan ctrip keesokan harinya juga sudah refund. Uang dibayarkan langsung dan upgrade kamar juga ditambah Hasilnya adalah bahwa itu lembab dan penuh dengan serangga. bengkak. Saya sangat menyesal memesan hotel ini.

Hotel is very clean with good breakfast options. Nice and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean, location was convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to subway station. Many options for food. Staff was super nice and always wanted to help.

We had an excellent stay in Crystal Orange Hotel. Chance upon it as we wanted a place with laundry room. At check in, my child was given a little toy to fix while waiting for our room to be ready. It is equipped with a robot thar delivers your meituan or wai mai, usb ports for charging. My child enjoyed staying in the hotel as the design of the parent child room was cute and has a bathtub! The ability of having 2 tvs makes it easier on the family as the child can have her choice of show to watch. The breakfast spread was pretty good. Upon checking out, staff gave the little one a cute bookmark and us some snacks from DaoXiangChun. Its the thoughtful little gestures that helped us parents to have a happy child while on vacation. Would definitely stay with them again in future when we visit China.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The centralised aircon system can be further improved (stuffy at times). Easy access to public transport and convenient store.

The room could be biggest however the location was near to a lot of place with foods and convenience store and train stations

The hotel has a good position especially if you want to go to The Great Wall. The staff was kind and helpful especially I want to say thanks for helping to sign up to go to Square and other my questions. Also I can recommend this hotel for travelers who like using subway and public vehicles. Room was clear and you can find 7/11 nearby.

This was my second stay at the Crystal Orange Anzhen Hotel in Beijing, and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The reasons I returned were all reaffirmed during this stay. The rooms are clean. The staff, once again, exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and helpfulness. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhance the overall experience. I'm already looking forward to my next stay at the Crystal Orange Hotel!

I love that the rooms have been updated. The ambience has improved drastically with bright lights, great bathroom design, comfy beds. Attentive service at the reception and concierge. Always a great choice to come back to. Thank you 张溢洽

Excellent service at front desk team kindly

Great hotel but could be better if the room is electronically programmed better. We cannot change how the light or the air conditioner works. Everything has been programmed. So it was very annoying!

Very good customer service from front desk staff, they are helpful and have beautiful smile. And I love hi-tech control button on the wall as well.
