Stayed for 3 nights and the hotel is really busy. Reached in the morning but there is no room available. When we went back at night to check in, there is only one room available. The room was ok than expected in term of the size. We are happy cuz it has window. It was near the lift but we are out everyday. The only complain is the toilet bowl seat is not warm kind.

Good location near near to the Ping An Li metro station. Room and toilet are also clean and good. There is a dining area outside for travellers to eat their food if you order food delivery

The room is full of smoke smell. First time I see. No room change when asked. Does it have smoking rooms? Should let me know.

The hotel has a great location, nearby shops,walking distance from ping'an li subway station, prince kung's mansion and sichahai. But on the day of arrival, my room wasn't ready, so i had to wait. The receptionist was very kind to call me when the room was ready. The room is not sound proof, it's handy to bring earplugs. I had a room opposite of the elevator, i could hear all the noise.

The room is clean. Just 3 minutes walk from Ping’an Li station D exit gate. There are 3 subway lines (4,6,19) which is convenient to travel around the city. The road to hotel is quite narrow, so if you driving car, it might be a little difficult.

The hotel is well located: subway station very close, 3 subway lines and not far from lakes and also direct subway line for the summer palace and also,Long register process.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a residential area, close to the subway station. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, you can smell cigarette smoke in the rooms and corridors, which is a pity. The service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The bed at Home Inn is very comfortable to sleep on. Although the room is small, it is quite quiet. It is a very convenient hotel for travel.

The living environment is very quiet and the location is convenient. It is very convenient to Pinganli subway station, Huguo Temple snack street, and breakfast. It is also close to Shichahai and Beihai Park. Overall it is very good.

The room is very poorly soundproofed, so it is recommended to bring earplugs. The air conditioner in the room was dusty for three consecutive days, and it was very dirty and not cleaned in time. The bathroom floor was dirty, so it is recommended to bring slippers. The front desk dial number was empty, the hotel phone could not be reached, and service could not be provided in time (the feedback has been repaired, but as a guest, I think he was unreasonable and there was no way to contact the hotel). Only one room card was provided for two people to check in, but the room needed to be plugged in to get electricity, and one was still required to report to the front desk. I used polite language, but the front desk was very indifferent that night!!! First emphasized that the room card was lost and compensated 20. I explained the reason, and he interrupted and asked me how many nights I stayed. I said four nights. He thought I didn't understand his question and asked how many more nights I would stay. I answered that I would stay for a total of four nights on the same day. Including asking about the robot food delivery issue, the whole communication made me feel that I did not cooperate well with the work of the hotel front desk, and the experience was very poor.

The hotel is in a hutong, close to the subway station and relatively quiet. The front desk service is thoughtful and there is an elevator up and down the stairs. The room is not very big, but the facilities are quite complete. There is a small round table for working, and the mattress is quite comfortable.
