Smooth check-in, excellent service, location is close to the subway, but it's difficult to find food nearby.

Very nice

This hotel is completely a way to go for solo travel who seek comfort and security. The staffs were exteremely friendly and helpful, even though they were not speaking english but my conversarions went well with translation from both sides. There was one lady (cleaning service officer) who bring me an umbrella from other building when it was heavily raining outside, I thanked her so much. You should consider this place, low cost, high quality.

Location is really cool metro station is very close and if you know beijing metro it’s really easy to use,also comfortable but apartment’s are really small “Really Small” and rooms were not really clean but the lady was trying it’s best it was just this apartment’s are small and also doesn’t have a window,also there was a funky smell but staff were really helpful and thoughtful for me score is 10/5 (for good location and staff)

Nice service, staff very friendly. They don’t speak English, but they so patient to translate from App. Near station line 7, good location to another line.

Nice hotel not too far from the center, friendly staff but who do not speak English but they will always be available to help by using translation. Every day they bring a roll of toilet paper and an extra bottle of water, you can also request the change of towels and makeover of the room. Overall a nice hotel

i booked the have window room. but this window is did not look out the outside, its going to see corridor. I dont understand why? and the rooms size is too small. Service is fine. kind and friendly, near metro station. i like it.

Very nice and friendly staff. Near Line 7 station, easy way to Universal Resort.

They don’t have how to deal with foreigners . Early morning they knock on the door oh give me your visa then again. After that police came to check .

空調機壞的，一直髮出很響的聲音，響就算了，wiff還不行，弄了好久，最後連上了隔壁房間（但連上也衹能刷刷視頻，網課一點也不行！空調機在我提出問題的時候，答應説給我送早飯的，到了9點多，甚至在我退房的時候，這個早飯都沒有送來，不想送，就沒必要這樣説好吧，沒意思 150，這麼小的一個房間….認真的嗎….

房間不是在一棟樓內，需要穿過一棟樓進到另一棟裏，走廊燈光昏暗，屋子很潮，衞生間很小很小很小很小！！！沒有吹風機 ，床頭沒有插座，充電很麻煩，插座很鬆，充電器很容易掉，床品很潮，隔音差，因為地段原因價格也貴，非常一般的酒店
