Our family of five recently spent a week staying in the Lido serviced apartments while visiting Beijing. While not the newest hotel, the convenience of a full serviced apartment with three bedrooms was greatly appreciated on our trip. Building manager 张春兰 was very attentive, providing us with dish and laundry soap, and being available on call for any other request. The location is convenient to the subway and surrounded by convenient restaurants.

Great pool for lap swimming and the room was spacious and comfortable. Shower had good pressure and temperature range. Check-in staff are flexible with check-out time if you discuss with them ahead of time so long as their operation and booking levels allow for it.

I have nothing against the housekeeping or the location, but I was disappointed to find the bathrooms are tiny and outdated as if they are stuck in the 90s. I couldn’t fathom why the hotel did not renovate their amenities (including their gym equipments) - especially when the staff was so insistent on telling me about their high occupancy rate - but that is not why this review is rated so low. My biggest issue is that the hotel has been asking me on WeChat for a 5-star review (they were very specific that I had to write them a five star in all categories) for two days straight. A good review should NOT be forced out of guests. Not to mention I was already not satisfied with their check-in process given that one of the guest in my party arrived later that day, and even though we registered his ID on the day of arrival, the hotel asked me multiple times to verify if they had his ID on file while they should have just checked their own records instead of pestering their guests who are not paid to do their jobs. This is definitely an eye-opener because I have never seen a hotel that acts so entitled to receiving good reviews.

Excellent service. Staff are friendly and helpful. First time staying here, didn't know where the registration desk is. Called for assistance and staff came and helped brought luggage to the apartment and assisted with registration and deposit payment.
Attentive to guest.
Room cleaning service personnel were polite and courteous.
Special thanks to 申岳真 朱银先 and team for a pleasant experience.
Location is superb. Within the same compound as the Metro Park hotel. Easy access to eateries nearby. Short walk to the mall next to the hotel makes e-hailing easy, minus the hassle of identifying the correct pinned location for pick up.
